I have never had a problem with a dominos before and i still don’t have one with the store itself but with the child they hired to deliver the pizza. Rather than greet the customer when we opened the door he just said “you need to sign the receipt” when we asked for clarification as to why because we have never had to sign one before he said very rudely “I’ll just take the pizza back” he could have explained nicely that store policy has changed and they need a receipt signature he didn’t need to be unprofessional especially to older people. Once we singed the receipt he started to take the pizza back with him. We asked Him why when we singed the receipt like he demanded and paid for the pizza already he started arguing saying we were rude and he was just explaining store policy. No that’s what he should have done at the beginning like a mature person. When we called the manager of this store about this delivery person she began to de explain the receipt policy. That was not my concern we now know the receipt policy, I was talking about his unprofessional attitude. She said she would find out who it was and talk to them, but I’ve worked in customer so I know how that works. I won’t order from this store again just because of the delivery person.

I ordered a pizza that didn't taste right it tastes like they dropped it on the floor about 10 times and I called to make a complaint and the manager did not care whatsoever she acted like there was no problem and I shouldn't be complaining and she couldn't even speak correct English this is their specialty Hawaiian pizza this is what it looks like like they dropped a can of bell peppers all over it and they burn it

We went to get pizza from here we ordered a cheese and a bacon pizza there was not a single pice bacon so my dad called them back and a girl named Vicky yelling at my mom and dad saying shes the manager even thought she’s not she’s talking over them and hung up mid conversation. Also we sent a picture of the cheese pizza and the so called bacon pizza and there was not a single pice of bacon on our pizza she was very rude
