I saw someone else complain about the same thing. The people in the store just stare at you and don't tell you if they will help you or not. First it's confusing and second it's just bad customer service. The people in the store saw me at the window but didn't come help me. I rang the bell and reluctantly they came over slow as snails. Anyway management needs to address this because I'm not coming back until I see reviews that this isn't happening anymore. I don't want a bad mood with my pizza. I didn't pay for that.

Addressed issues to the GM regarding the delivery wait time and freshness only to be treated rudely and dismisse. Very unprofessional and I hope you receive training in regards to your position. I do not wish you to lose your job, simply need training. I won't contact corporate, please make the necessary changes on your own.
I made an order tonight. order was wrong. manager refused to help me and hung up after asking for her name.

We ordered a had tossed pizza and got a thin crust. When we called about it a lady claimed she was the manager and the pizza was fine becaus she made it. Service was not this bad untill just recently. We are going to have to abstain from ordering from this location until they get a new manager.

Ordered online for pickup. They said my good was ready. I showed up to pick it up and ended waiting another 20 minutes. This is ridiculous. Never coming here again

I ordered a pizza that did not get any of the toppings or sauce I requested. I originally placed an order with Buffalo sauce after bake on my pizza. I called to add bbq sauce after bake as well since it wasn’t an option on the app. Evelyn the manager told me I am not able to do it since it’s not an option on the computer. I mentioned I do this every time I order Dominos but she told me she can’t. I asked if there’s a way to just charge me extra sauce and add it when the pizza comes out and she said it’s too busy i can’t make sure I am there for your pizza when it comes out of the oven to ensure the bbq sauce gets on the pizza. So because of this I ask for no buffalo after bake then and she said that’s fine but if I still wanted everything else and I said yes. After I get there I wait 5 minutes outside and she acts like she doesn’t see me. I get home to see that the pizza I am describing was just a plain stuffed cheese pizza with tomato sauce and not the parm garlic sauce with pep chicken
and bacon i ordered. I will not be going to dominos anymore.

I placed my order at 11:30am and they prepped it at 11:44. And I didn’t even get my food 1:00pm

Opened a new account and ordered for first time with new management, went to pick-up pie and was met with a hostile bad attitude (no history), trusted pizza was made correctly, got home, opened pan box to discover it is not what I ordered. I called in to request remake since not receiving what I paid for and manager agreed, then was met with aggression at arrival and she denied the remake, going back on her word, escalates situation to the worse.

If you want good customer service than this is not the place. Then have a worker named Jason who is extremely rude and totally ignored me the whole time I was waiting until another worker got there. I waited in the car for my curbside pick up for about 5 minutes and he never came. So I went to the window because I assumed he was busy. Then waited there for another 7 minutes. I rang the door bell and he looked at me and kept working. He walked to the window and got on the computer so I assumed he was gonna actually help me but NOPE. He walked back to the table and continued to work. Then I waited another few minutes before knocking on the window. By then it’s now about 15-20 minutes of waiting and being ignored. I even called and he didn’t answer the bell of the phone. By now another clerk drives up and helps me. So like I said they need to hire people who actually want to work and give good customer service. ?

Large Cheese Pizza undercooked too much cheese, tossed in the trash. Train your staff how to make and cook a Pizza it's not rocket Science.

Got to the restaurant to pick up our order and it had already been picked up by someone else before we got there. Something that is totally possible because of the way they just have peoples names and status of order on the window. Guy at the window said “it happens” which is whatever but there should really be a way to verify that’s who is supposed to pick up the pizza! A simple “what’s the last four of the phone number on the order” could keep this issue from happening again. Also alittle more accountability. They told us our order was “missing” even though our names were on the screen so we knew they got it. Instead of saying they messed up and are fixing it. Ultimately we got our pizza at no charge and it wasn’t that big of a deal but a few more processes put in place could save a lot of hassle and money in the future. They just opened though so there’s time to improve.
