This location is always efficient in preparing orders (delivery and take-out), and our pizza is consistently tasty. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly. We tried the pan pizza today, it was yummy.

Tonight we ordered 2 pizzas and 3 garden salads from the Dominoes on Redlands Blvd. in Loma Linda. I received a phone call from them about 20 minutes after I ordered, saying that they were out of garden salads. Who runs out of a basic garden salad? Anyway, they offered chicken Caesar salads in place of the gardens, but I did not want those. I asked them to just remove the cost of the salads from my bill, and they could not do that; they said they would need to cancel the entire order, and I would need to order the pizzas again. It sounded like a huge hassle, so I just told them to send the Caesars. When we received the order, low and behold, they did not include the caesar dressing to go with the caesar salads. I wonder if they were out of that too? And the amount of lettuce in a chicken caesar salad is minuscule compared to a garden salad. BTW, the chicken wings were soggy. If you are in the area and in search of a good pizza, I highly recommend Sorrentinos. Ownership has recently changed hands, and it is as good or maybe better than before. Support Small Business!

How this domino's has a low rating is behind me. The pizza here is amazing. It's as if there is someone or someones there that really loves making pizza and ought to start their own restaurant because the pizzas from this place are on another level. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Ordered $165 worth of pizza and wings for a work party ($185 after tip) and while the pizzas and wings were great, trying to order online was a nightmare so we called in, 20 minutes on the phone and the order still wouldnt process then they called us back and said the order finally processed and the pizzas arrived 40 minutes later. we needed a receipt so the company would reimburse the card that was used. Took me 6 days and a whole lot of run around before I finally demanded to speak with a manager, Michael the manager worked with me and figured out how to get the receipt in a 30 minute call. It certainly was a relief, no one wants to foot the bill for a company expense and it was beginning to look like we would have to. Thanks Michael for ending the nightmare!

Orders my pizza online didn't get all the toppings on my pizza I had curbside pick up went back into store to ask to get my ordered fix the worker blamed it on the computer and me for ordering online because it didn't show up on order he was being rude but said he will just put my topping on and took the pizza I had and reput it in the oven even though I came from my car and had the pizza for a few minutes and that's is very unsanitary they are not supposed to do that especially with Covid and monkey pox going on he could have remade but he was too lazy and rude so he had to contaminate the area instead. I'd stay away from this dominos if I were you .

Too busy or too understaffed that it never works with a Dominoes's anymore. If lucky enough to get an order, something will be wrong. Sorry Dominoes.

Today around 7:15, my boyfriend called because they had messed up my pizzas and there was a hair in it. And when he called the worker was giving attitude, she hung up on him and then asked why can't I call. So I said I'm right here and she hung up. So then I called back still trying to get my pizza remade and she was saying she's gonna refuse service. AFTER the fact that we already spoke with someone else about our order 2 minutes ago and the phone got disconnected and they had found my order and my name in the system. The attitude was beyond unnecessary and she needs to be fired asap!! She threatened if we come in the store that it won't be a good outcome for us and I feel highly disrespected. My family didn't get to eat because they weren't sanitary and got hair on our pizzas and messed up on them anyways! This is so crazy, I've never been through anything like this. Don't come here!!

The girl manager that works at night is so rude . She talks back when she she should wait to be spoken to due to the fact that she a Peasant . She's so unprofessional & acts like she's from the ghetto . They cancelled our order an hour after ordering our food . Another reason the peasant is unprofessional, she should have notified us . Instead she was cussing at us and stuttering . Instead of fixing her mistake she tells us to take it to corporate , I don't know who hired her but she needs to get re trained or fired .

Called to fins out what the carry out specials are and was told to review the app to make purchase because I'll find a better deal. To me, this is what customer service is all about. The staff was super kind and friendly. The entire process was perfect from start to finish. Definitely will go back if ever in area again. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces.

I just don't get it until now... I ordered online today may 1 2022 at 6.38 pm and until around 7.30 pm I still don't get my pizza and 1 pasta. So I look into my app in my phone and it said completed. I'm pretty shocked cause I'm still waiting for my pizza order so I try to call them and talk with DOLORES as manager in the phone. She kept telling me that the driver already send it to my home and I received it. So I come to the store and I ask for her to one of the employee the old guy ... and she come up... and I asking if she Dolores and she not answer and just ask my phone number ... when she talk I can know the voice in the phone is same too... when I provide my phone number she talking rude and not nice look like I have problem despite its all are they problem. When I asking her so are you admit that your driver got wrong address she angry and threaten me like I'm liar ... it's not just pizza it's like pride ... are you guys don't have pride to say sorry to your customer first because I'm not false... even they threat me like im robbery ... so sorry I have to be mad at store to say something bad cause she is the one threaten me like hell... I never talk with other like that but not today... I pay online and you know what even delivery fee they kept in my dominis account not give back to me as I pick up my order instead... so you guys need be honest and polite if you want get same way too...
