On a recent weekend getaway to Palm Springs, I stopped by Martha Green’s Doughlectible Restaurant in Redlands, CA, for lunch while heading back to LA. The highlight of the visit was definitely their pastries, particularly the cinnamon rolls, which were absolutely phenomenal—soft, gooey, and packed with flavor. I grabbed a few to go, and they were quite a treat later on.
For lunch, my wife and I tried the pulled pork sandwich and the TDL sandwich. Both were decent but didn’t quite live up to the high bar set by the pastries. The pulled pork was flavorful but a bit dry, and the TDL sandwich was satisfying but not particularly memorable. The service, unfortunately, was a bit slow despite the restaurant not being busy, which was a slight letdown.
Parking is convenient, located across the street in a garage, making it easy to access. Overall, Martha Green’s is worth a stop for their incredible pastries, especially the cinnamon rolls, but the savory dishes and service could use a bit of improvement. I’d recommend it for a quick pastry grab or a casual lunch if you’re passing through Redlands.
It's. Very. Good! 'Nough said
I been buying cakes here for years. I order them in advance. Last night though was my last one. My cake was super old. Very hard. Im so sad to break away from them.
I ordered a chocolate fudge cake here for my son’s college graduation a few years ago. I loved it so much and have thought about it a lot since then. So, I’m back for another one for a family birthday, even though it’s a 1.5 hour drive to get it! Yum!

We booked Martha Green's for our cake and dessert bar for our April 2024 wedding. We loved getting to try all of the cake flavors and an assortment of desserts during our tasting. We also appreciated being able to directly contact our baker for all of our design preferences. They were budget friendly and all of our guests loved the dessert options.

When we walked in, I was very excited to see all the delicious looking treats. My smiling happiness was not at all reciprocated by the server/cashier but that's OK, everyone has their days. They don't serve espresso coffee "just folgers" we were told. I wasn't impressed with my croissant and have had much better elsewhere. Maybe it was the less-than-nice service that made the food seem not as nice either. I probably won't go back. There is a chocolate store nearby that also has baked goods and real coffee and their service is very sweet.

Love everything at this spot ! Dough’lectibles is a local favorite! Lots of beautiful cakes, fresh baked breads and other delicious treats. Always like to pick up a selection of their miniature sized desserts to take to parties and other get togethers with friends or clients.

I have been coming here since I was a little girl. I had the pleasure of meeting Martha herself and having her sign a copy of her cookbook I was gifted. I have been absolutely obsessed with this place for years. It is actually one of the main reasons I started to bake and love to bake today.Unfortunately, it is not the same as it used to be. The cupcakes are not the usual dense cupcakes like they once were, but more of a fluffy - box type cupcake. The frosting is not the same Martha Greens frosting either, it is more whipped than the firm. Doesn’t taste like homemade buttercream. It is just off. I called before hand to confirm they still had cupcakes on the shelf, since the last 2 times I had gone, nothing was left. The women I spoke with was not friendly at all. She sounded irritated I’d even ask or as if I inconvenienced her with my call. She closed the box and put a sticker on it before I saw that she put in the wrong thing. It was a gift that I was not able to give unfortunately. Super disappointed knowing what this beautiful bakery once was. When Martha left it completely changed.
3.50 for an amazing muffin and great portion on the muffin
Wonderful bakery. They know how to do sticky buns. Warm of course. Crispy and sticky outside soft and moist inside. How many sticky buns open up to a desert? NOT THESE! ?
We like to come here for treats, they have a nice selection and we got an assortment. Here's some more goodies ! When we got to the car we ate the apricot cream bar which was divine ! Brown sugary goodness with apricot; WOW, loved it. The pineapple upside-down cupcake is always a winner. We also had snicker doodle, chocolatechip, oatmeal raisin, peanut butter and Swedish oatmeal cookies plus a cheese danish and bear claw. Everything was really good. Recommend. See pics. These guys are great !
