I love dutch bros but it’s always hit or miss when they make drinks here and when you speak up they make you feel like you’re wrong. They are super nice otherwise so I hate to write a bad review but I can’t keep spending my money when I only like my drink 50% of the time. It’s super frustrating.

First, I had ordered a hot drink and they made it iced, I told them about the mistake and they said they would fix it. It took a while to make my drink,they didn't even give me the correct size and gave me the wrong flavor.

Yesterday on 9/11/25 around 6:20pm, my friend and I went to go order in the driver thru. The broista that took our order was HIGHKEY rude. She was “trying” to be friendly but she was making fun of the way my friend said “breve”. Her vibe was really off and made our experience bad. She has pink magenta color on the lower half of her hair and the top is a really faded pink almost blonde, she has a couple small tattoos, and had some black halloween almond nails.
