I love dutch bros but it’s always hit or miss when they make drinks here and when you speak up they make you feel like you’re wrong. They are super nice otherwise so I hate to write a bad review but I can’t keep spending my money when I only like my drink 50% of the time. It’s super frustrating.

First, I had ordered a hot drink and they made it iced, I told them about the mistake and they said they would fix it. It took a while to make my drink,they didn't even give me the correct size and gave me the wrong flavor.

Take my money 🤑😍😍😍 This is the place to come! The Coffee is great, it's in a good location (easy to get in and out for drive through), the staff is ALWAYS friendly. I prefer here one S⭐⭐⭐B💵💵d anyway!

Yesterday on 9/11/25 around 6:20pm, my friend and I went to go order in the driver thru. The broista that took our order was HIGHKEY rude. She was “trying” to be friendly but she was making fun of the way my friend said “breve”. Her vibe was really off and made our experience bad. She has pink magenta color on the lower half of her hair and the top is a really faded pink almost blonde, she has a couple small tattoos, and had some black halloween almond nails.

BE CAREFUL AT THIS LOCATION!!! I BOUGHT A DRINK FOR $2 AND SOME CHANGE. THEY DIDNT SHOW ME THE SCREEN AS USUAL WHEN CHARGING MY CARD. THEY TIPPED THEMSELVES $10.00.!!! LIKE WOW REALLY?? THATS MORE THAN TRIPLE THE AMOUNT OF MY DRINK!! SINCE WHEN DO THEY GET TO DECIDE WHAT THE TIP AMOUNT IS GOING TO BE?? DEFINITELY WONT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. THIS WAS ON TUESDAY 08/26. AROUND 1PM, SO MANAGER SPEAK TO YOUR STAFF ON SCHEDULE THAT DAY. PLEASE DO BECAUSE THIS IS NOT RIGHT.

This place is beyond disappointing. I ordered a coffee here and stood there for over 30 minutes while the people in drive thru got their drinks immediately. So I asked for a refund, wont be back to this garbage location.
