I suspect EOS is involved in some shady business practices. Signed up as member with the Redlands gym at its grand opening. Was told that I would be charged $49.99 yearly and $9.99 a month for the membership. This past year (2024) my monthly membership went up to $14.99 without any notification from the company. Was charged for two months before I realized my membership went up. Was told that I was notified of a rate increase via email and that I should check my spam folder. Was not able to find an email and the company then acknowledged that they had my email address wrong by one letter. Asked Operation Manager (OM) to cancel my membership and all charges that I had incurred for the 2024 year. I was told by the OM that they couldn't give me a full refund for the two months in 2024.In the interest of being transparent and having good business practices, I then asked that the company to reconsider their decision or I may be forced to contest the charges through my credit card company (which I did not want to do). OM then stated that she had to get permission from her district manager and that they can only get of hold of them via email. After several back and forth exchanges, the OM stated that her district manager will not authorize a full refund for my 2024 membership and all I could do is cancel it. I ended up contesting the charges through my credit card company. Be forewarned of any company that haphazardly changes the terms of a payment contract via email. I suspect there are several members whom have had their membership rates go up without them knowing. Furthermore, OM never once called to give me an update on my membership and my appeals to refund my money. I had to be the one calling over and over again. I suspect it allows the company to keep on charging your account until you are aggressive in your termination.

this place is amazing!! i’ve been taking the spin class for almost two years with Ines Stewart as my instructor, she’s gone above and beyond to help me be a better cyclist. i love the energy in her class as well as the overall gym atmosphere. this is my first time committing to a gym and i couldn’t be more happier ❤️

EOS has been instrumental in my journey to becoming a healthier individual. My kids love the kids club and I love the equipment the atmosphere the staff, the movie theater, the pool and the massage chairs! The staff is beyond friendly and always willing to go above and beyond for anything that you need. The other members are also friendly and polite in using the equipment.

Love this gym the environment the team is very efficient and friendly! Kevin got me and my friend started and made the process fast and easy and thought me how to download the app and check in with my digital wallet. I brought my son to the kids club and he had a blast! The team was very friendly and patient with him

Was looking around for gyms for a while and did the seven day trial and then decided to sign up because the environment was clean, friendly and efficient. Kevin signed us up and always welcomed us every time we come in makes our experience personable which is motivational. Team is very attentive ! Amazing gym overall all. Shoutout to Kevin !
