I took my daughter here to enjoy food and a craft non-alcoholic drink. Unfortunately the food vendor bailed but I was told I could bring my own food. So we did minus drinks. When we got there. There were no non-alcohol options besides bottled sodas. None of the house made lemonade even though it was on the menu. So we had to settle for bottled sodas. It was a waste of time. We could have just stayed where we got our food and ordered sodas. Cool ambiance so I might give it another try. Maybe. We finished our bottled sodas and went to ritual. They had some good bubblegum soda on tap, we should have started there.

STILL THE BEST

First off, the food. I think they have hands down the best NY and Chicago style pizza in town. The crust is amazing. The toppings plentiful and delicious, though the micro greens are no more than tossed aside garnish. The rest of the menu is outstanding as well. Great desserts. And they change it up, which is refreshing. Now the beer. I love their beer. I also love their featured guest taps. A good blend all around. However, I feel like there is a common deal at just about every beer joint in town, and that is very few seem to be pouring an honest proper pint. 16oz kids! I will say that I got a short pint a week or so ago due to a finished keg and the barmaid made up for it on my second without me making a fuss about it. Still, the beer is good if not great. We regularly eat and drink at both the taproom and the downtown joint. We love the staff, but Loren takes the cake. She's the best! She's kind and attentive. We always will recommend Escape. Always a great experience.

Detroit Style Pizza is not a pre-baked crust, that then sits drying out, and then hours later has toppings put on top of it while it sits in a barely hot oven — and then served lukewarm warm.It was disappointing to see the toppings slide off of the crust. Then kind of funny.

Wasted time and gas coming out to check out their beers. The times aren't correct, pulled up at 8:45pm and the place was closed! Says it's open until 10pm.

This is a great local restaurant. Food is fantastic. Love their wedge salad. Best fries ever. Friendly, casual local atmosphere. Best part is the dogs... Bam Bam especially. The only reason I don't give them 5 plus stars is that they are super stingy on wine servings. The beers are generous, and if that's your jam, you're in good shape. But as usual wine lovers are dismissed as second class citizens. It's like they don't want us to patronize.

Nice spot! Place is huge with open seating and fans help curb the summer heat.Beers are nice - we always get the flights. They don't serve food at this location but you can order via door dash / Uber eats and have it delivered if you want. Otherwise they sell chips/snacks.Our favorite is the vintage pinball and arcade games. They have a large stage - prob for live performances.

Stopped by here due to good reviews on Yelp and wanted to try their draft beers. When we got there around 5:30pm on a Saturday, the parking lot was full. We got lucky with parking at their lot. Their menu is clearly marked with what's vegan and what's gluten free. Some menu items can be modified to vegan. The cashier told me that both burgers on the menu can be veganized and the impossible patty is seasoned . I ordered the Escape burger with an impossible patty (+$3) and vegan cheese (+$2) which came out to be $22 and a side of fries instead of salad. On the menu, Escape Burger says it comes with A potato bun, juicy double patty, American cheese caramelized onion, lettuce, tomato, house made pickle. The burger came out to only one patty and they put a unknown sauce on it when though it was not listed in the menu. I unfortunately had to bring it back to the kitchen and ask what the sauce they put in it was. The staff came back and told me that it was some Cesar dressing and it is made with dairy and eggs. Had to tell them I'm allergic to dairy and eggs so they could remake it for me because the employee who I was speaking to seemed so nervous and didn't look like he wanted to bring it back to the staff . The burger was so bland and did not taste seasoned. They should've marked on the menu if the kitchen staff are going to put sauce in the burgers. Fries were good though. My non vegan girlfriend had their dinosaur nuggets and fries on the kids menu because she wasn't that hungry and thought they were okay. We liked the beers that we got Odelay (Mexican Lager with citrus) $6.50 and Swimmers Ear $7 which is a Lager from Brouwerij West. The beers are a good size 16oz and the pricing is very good. Next time I'm here I'll try other beers from their selection and I'll try their pizzas. Said there's a vegan pepperoni option that's listed on the menu. I love that they have treats and food on the menu for dogs. They got 5 gender neutral restrooms with a shared wash area. They got an outdoor and indoor seating area.

Delicious Detroit style pizza and a cool interior. Nice hangout spot for bigger groups and dog friendly. You order drinks and food at the counter and you pick them up when it's ready. They have house brand sodas FYI if you're not interested in any of the wheat libations. The burgers are okay, pretty standard bar burgers and it was like they used frozen meat. Maybe wouldn't recommend that item so much.

Escape Nevada Street Barrelhouse location is where they started from and will always be my favorite. It has the best atmosphere of any brewery or brew pub I know. Just incredibly comfortable, confident, and chill. Good people here running a good place! Food service is from food trucks and it's always good. This site is hosting more events now that the Downtown Oasis is open. That one is great as well! Come check it out!
