Visiting from out of town, our hotel suggested this place. It was nearby so my husband and I checked it out. Small but mighty place right off the freeway near downtown. Immediately seated, served with waters (super hot today) and waiter was on point. We had the fried pickels as appetizer and I got the fish and chips while my husband got the jalapeño egg burger. Food was great, fish was very light and not greasy, burger was cooked to perfection. Highly recommend!!!!

Both Rare Character Amburana barrels you had on the pour list you had bottles of for sale but apparently none for pours behind the bar. Bartender couldn’t even offer an alternative. On Friday October 18, I went to eat here for the first time due to all the good reviews I had heard from this restaurant. In all honesty, I wasn’t satisfied with neither the service nor the food. The waiter came to our table like twice and that was it. It wasn’t even busy because we came around 2pm. My total came out to $95 since I went with my family. Super expensive for mediocre food. Also, I paid my bill through scanning the QR code on the receipt, and I left no tip because I simply wasn’t satisfied and there is NO sign that says “if you don’t tip, you can’t eat”. BUT, they took out $16 tip WITHOUT MY CONSENT! I tried calling and the manager told me that her boss would give me a call and they never called me. And now, whenever I try calling their phone is disconnected! Luckily I have pictures of proof that I DID NOT leave $16 tip. This place is a joke!

Food was good, service was nice. Drinks were so awful though. I got the lavender tea. If my grandma's overpowering perfume bottle had a rear end, and I licked the back of the bottle, that's what it would taste like. 0/10 do not recommend the lavender tea. Both the tea and the ginger lime were way too strong for my taste. We got some chicken sandwich as well as the beat burger. The fried pickles were awesome! They were probably the best part of the whole dinner.
Good place for a stroll in and a nice time if you're visiting, but not 100% a place to go to if one lives far away , food was good but not a price range id like to spend
