Leaving a negative review because this is probably the most stingiest, slow, and dead five guys I have ever stepped foot in. Came in to get an order for takeout on a Monday afternoon and included in my order was 1 large fry. The large fry cup was barely filled to the top and no fries visible at the bottom of the bag, not sure if the big smart fella who packed the order was giving me attitude or a certain kind of treatment. The fries I ordered were so pathetic and comparable to small fries, that I ended up having to order another large fry, and the woman who packed my order this time gave me a more acceptable amount of fries.
In a nutshell, I will never be coming to this location due to poor customer service and slow service. Other five guys locations in southern California hook you up with more fries that is up to the standard of Five Guys as a company and provide speedier and friendlier service. I highly suggest that everyone avoid this miserable joint, I would rather go eat at a cemetery.

I love Five Guys! The food is always top notch, and made just the way you want. The fries are awesome. Both regular and Cajun. My family loves this place. Eat in or take out. The only thing that the Five Guy's in California need is fry sauce!

Those people take forever for one simple order I ll never come here again
I'm extremely disappointed how Kaitlyn Lynn (general manager) conducted herself towards the staff. I'm trying to order my food, but the cashier is having a difficult time understanding me. This is due to Lynn's loud and unprofessional behavior directed to the staff during what I believe was a disciplinary speech. Lynn completely ignored everyone inside the restaurant and proceeded to finish her rant. This is unacceptable coming from someone who is supposed to set an example and provide customer service.

The employees are awesome. The cook accidentally included cheese on my daughter's burger. When I brought it up to the server, they made another burger and even gave us a complimentary shake! Great food and great service!

I just picked up my order, and I'm so disappointed. 😔 The food was practically invisible, like air! The burgers were bland, with absolutely no flavor. And the staff...let's just say they could use some professional training. I definitely won't be back. Maybe I should have just stayed home and cooked! #badfood #disappointed #hangry
