I love Five Guys! The food is always top notch, and made just the way you want. The fries are awesome. Both regular and Cajun. My family loves this place. Eat in or take out. The only thing that the Five Guy's in California need is fry sauce!

The employees are awesome. The cook accidentally included cheese on my daughter's burger. When I brought it up to the server, they made another burger and even gave us a complimentary shake! Great food and great service!

During order pickup, I discovered the assistant regional manager, Fatima, exhibited unprofessional conduct. Requesting a replacement for a damaged bag resulted in an inappropriate response; she perceived my polite request as yelling. A fellow customer corroborated my account, confirming that my request was made calmly. She's in a position of power that she should not be in. It's a shame customer service is so poor, especially considering her position, very sad.
