⭐️⭐️ (2/5) I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel this one is necessary for people’s health and expectations. I come to this place about three times a week and try to support local spots near my work. Today, I ordered the 8-piece buffalo wing combo, which was almost $20, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The wings tasted old and off — almost a fishy flavor, with a very dry texture. Anyone who eats chicken regularly can tell the difference between fresh and old poultry, and this was not fresh. I honestly couldn’t finish them and felt nauseous afterward. It’s been about 40 minutes since I ate, and I’m already not feeling well. I went to the counter and politely explained the issue. I wasn’t rude — I simply asked if I could get something else to eat. The staff member didn’t seem to care or try to make it right. I ended up ordering a half-and-half bowl, which was just okay, but by then I was already turned off and stopped eating. What made it worse was the lack of customer service. No apology, no attempt to help, no offer to fix the situation — I was simply charged again. In total, I spent almost $35 and left unsatisfied. I also want to mention cleanliness and presentation matter in the food industry. The employee handling food looked unkempt, with hair loose and glitter everywhere, which didn’t inspire confidence — especially after eating food that tasted questionable. I’m not trying to attack anyone personally. I understand people have bad days. But when it comes to food — especially chicken — quality, cleanliness, and customer care are non-negotiable. I strongly recommend avoiding the wings here. I hope management takes this seriously before someone gets sick. If you want: A shorter, punchier version A Google-specific or Yelp-style version Or a private message to the owner instead of a public review Just say the word.

Rice bowl was good but the new wings they came out with tasted so burnt and awful the flavor of the sauces have no balance at all never again I'll try those wings

We have ordered online and it didn’t take long to receive but I mention it because the rice falls apart/separates easily. It has that school lunch rice flavor. Idk if we had a bad batch since it was our first time trying but the bulgogi beef is pretty good. However, the chicken they have was really dry. I did try my best to eat it with an open mind. I only make this review incase someone was thinking of getting something flavorful and savory, which I did hope for, but it had a bland spice typa flavor. And I do eat lots of Korean/asian food to be able to tell a difference in case anyone was thinking I’m just being nit picky

I was craving teriyaki chicken this day. I've been to many flame broilers so of course I went to the familiar....I was very disappointed. The food was not fresh! It wasn't even busy!! The chicken was slightly burnt as if they tossed the chicken back on the grill and made it warm but crispy. I should've taken a picture, it had a lot of dark from being on grill for too long. The service was mid at best.
Love this place! Highly recommend the Spicy Korean BBQ bowl and purchasing of their 4 sauces. Wouldn't even know this place is about health and protein either.

I am going here because they closed the Del Rosa ave location in San Bernardino :^( The food was good, I asked for Cabbage to be cooked well done but they didn't but I will go again and make sure I tell them "Well done Please" I had to get a bottle of Magic Sauce too, I ran out! I put that on Ramen and stir fry etc.
