Went in early morning for a donut and juice. A very polite woman came in to order and couldn't make up her mind. The lady behind the counter pressured her and said "Make up your mind"! I was shocked. Then when the nice lady ordering changed her mind about which donut she wanted, the lady behind the counter said "I knew it", then threw the lady's donut in the bag. The lady ordering was polite and addressed the situation by saying "I'm not sure why you are being rude to me, I'm just here to give you business and I don't deserve this treatment". She left without anything. I didn't blame her

Unfortunately, it's not a great spot. I feel like their motto is " why are you here?" We stopped by to get something sweet after visiting another local spot in the area. Now I don't expect top customer service but I do expect common courtesy. As we walked in we saw a lady working behind the counter and she was on the phone so we stood around awkwardly for awhile. Finally, a guy stood up from the back and sighed as he walked up to counter. He firmly and swiftly asked " what do you want?" After telling him our order he asked us " is that it?" When I asked him if they have touch to pay via our phone, he just looked at me and pointed at his machine but I could not reach it. He kept sighing and I had to reach my arm underneath their glass to pay. When the transaction finished he said loudly " BYE!" which I took as I need to leave immediately and i am not welcome here. The donuts were over 7 dollars for 3 so it's also quite expensive here and the quality was also not fresh. There are so many other donut spots so I just won't return. :)

The rudest donut shop ever! The older lady never talks and acts as if she has better things to do! Never again will I come here!!!

Sucks that I have to come with the negative comment, but I think it’s only fair for future customers. My experience was horrible. We were looking for a 24 hour donut shop so we could find FRESH donuts. Unfortunately we went to Fosters based off of all the good reviews and it was BAD! We got there and you could tell the donuts had not been switched out at all for fresh. They just go through what they have left. I did see trays of donuts just sitting behind the counter. I’m not sure why they weren’t for purchase. But the worst part is the Donuts we gave a chance trying weren’t even all the way cooked. The inside was still full of uncooked dough. I’ve never seen a donut like that and it was multiple. So sad. But we definitely will never go back.

Worst donut shop I've been to and the most horrible customer service I've ever experienced.Very rude and used slander on customer.I asked to put donuts in separate bags and she got mad.Lastly, asked to run card first as if I couldn't pay which is rude.

I go here all the time! Their blueberry filled donuts are the best! Their croissants are absolutely amazing! The staff is very friendly! I call ahead all the time and they always have everything ready and the food is always fresh. Definitely one of my favorite places to go.

Such a sweet older man that works at night. He always gives extra donuts and gave my daughter a sample of one of the small cream puff donuts. The donuts I see are made fresh as he's always making more when I go in. They don't taste stale and old which is a plus!

I went Christmas morning to get donuts as I always do. Noticed right off the bat the old owner was no longer there. Got a dozen donuts, and the rude lady who was on the phone the whole time tried charging me $28.00 for a dozen donuts. I said $28.00 dollars a dozen? So, then she charged me $21.00 for a dozen! That will be the last time I buy anything from there.

Went this morning and there was a VERY clean younger gentleman (but obviously homeless)that was considerate and kind...he bought coffee/donut, tried to sit down and the woman told him to leave... VERY RUDE. I WILL NOT GO BACK...

I'm not sure what's going on here. The girl working behind the counter was an absolute nutcase. I will never spend another dime here ever again. The establishment itself looked dirty and ran down. Their donuts looked really gross. Everything about this donut shop sucked. Maybe they don't realize that donut shops are a dime a dozen in SoCal. You have to have something special to get customers to come back. You could start with customer service skills. Worst place ever.
