Honestly, I was so stoked to come here for my birthday. The food was really good, so I will acknowledge the chef for that. However, the service was HORRIBLE! I felt that my husband and I were being profiled. I noticed that the server was attending other tables more than us; like offering more bread and filling up their water cups right away. Mind you, I am EXTREMELY observant. I also noticed that the other tables happened to be Caucasian, which we are not; so that made me feel as if we were being profiled. I love a good fine dining experience but I am very DISSATISFIED with the service. DO BETTER!

The food was really good. I made reservations for 5 and we were sat immediately. You do have to provide a cc for reservations. The ambiance is romantic and nice for a date. The service however was very slow. I would return and hope the speed gets better, but it's worth it.

First time visiting Greensleeves, it was definitely worth a try! Food was amazing and service was even better! Sat upstairs, it felt small and quaint. Delicious cocktails and the pork belly appetizer was our favorite dish, the prime rib also very delicious!

This was our first time going to this spot, and i was very impressed. The staff is helpful, quick friendly service with a smile. They have a special called "Date night Thurs for $99" it was great. It's 1 appetizer, 2 entrée, 2 shareable sides, and 1 dessert. I opted for the filet, mashed potatoes, and added the Brussel sprouts. Everything was so flavorful and tasted delicious. We also ordered lobster mac & cheese and broccoli cheddar soup, which was the best soup I've ever had. I highly recommend this spot if you want a nice steak dinner. * Keep in mind there are additional charges for upgraded steak selections and sides.

Have a great birthday party at Greensleeves for my sister. Ambience is great there -as is the food! My Flat Iron steak with mushrooms was outstanding as was everything else! Best of all, our server was delightful. Sasha made the evening perfect!

My two friends and I went for tomahawk night and had reservations . The only reason I gave it 3 stars was for the wait time. We had to wait over an hour for the food to arrive. I'd suggest planning to be there right when they open for dinner specials.

Let me say the good things first. It's really cute, the lighting is perfect. We dined downstairs , the food is good and the portions are good. Juicy steaks and great salads. The service was messy. 1 person seated us, one took our drink order another person brought the drink, then person 1 came back to take our order. Not once did anyone say " I'll be your server..bla bla". I asked our waiter about any drunk recommendation for a martini as this was our first time. He said " no I don't like martinis. With a name like enssy ( I think was his name) do I look like I like martinis". I was thrown back a bit. We ordered dinner and were checked on once. We waived a guy down to order another drink. He completely forgot. He came over to the tables to our left a few times and they even order dessert. I asked for my check and mentioned that I would have liked to been offered a menu for dessert, like the tables around us. He said " I'm actually covering for someone, this is not my table ". We will not be back. Good service is key these days!

I ordered shrimp scampi. It was completely tasteless. I added some salt and I still could not even eat the dish. It was covered with garlic, but there was literally no taste. The shrimp were rubbery. So disappointed. I keep trying to go back to this place and am continually disappointed. I will have to say no in the future.

The prices have doubled from what I reviewed before going. People talk over each other so bad it is hard to notice they are playing soft music. The table they placed us at was so high traffic we kept having the staff apologize for hitting us. Salmon was with no flavor, pork chop is over cooked. Not going back, would rather go to yard house.

My wife and I came here to take advantage of their Thursday "date night special" which included 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, 2 sides and 1 dessert. Not all items are included in this deal but can be selected for an upcharge (varies by item). Regardless, the food was fantastic, the service impeccable and the amount of food was very generous. I thought the lighting was a little dark and the music was a tad loud, but otherwise our experience was great. This is obviously a higher end establishment but this deal felt like a steal for the quality and amount of food included. We will definitely be returning for future special occasions.

It's always beautiful inside! Our waitress was superb. The food was great! The Desert was fantastic! We had the date night special! Always a good value. The music was a little loud this time. We like to talk to each other while at the table. And the lighting was a bit too dark. However, it was a perfect date night!

If this was AppleBees's it would have gotten 3 stars but this is a steakhouse and it didn't deliver . Service was terrible . The entire seating we did not know who our server actual was. The bartender ended up taking our drink order 30 minutes after into us already sitting at the table . It took 45 minutes for them to circle back and take our order; and an addition 45 minute to get our dinner . The restaurant was busy but if time management is the issue, the Waitress shouldn't be using time to socialize and give free cocktails to her friends that were sitting next to us and amongst the crowd. The food was very bland and the steaks had no flavor. They used sauce and topping to try to compensate for the poorly prepared steaks. The $75 dollar 16 ounce filet was full of fat and cartilage which made half the steak inedible . The lemon asparagus was bitter and flat out raw in the stems . The pasta steak filet dish was a glorified Stouffer's with flavorless meat but again a good sauce . I took 4 bites and gave up eating anything else . High price point for blah food and dismal service . The bartender tried to make things better, but there is only so much one person can do to make things right . From the service to the kitchen it was a total birthday dinner fail. I travel and eaten at premiere steakhouses across the USA. Trust me when I say , take a detour from this place .

Upstairs service was terrible. The poor bartender was running around trying to pick up the slack from another server (who was more focused with her friends & only paid attention to us when it was time for the bill/tip). The bartender is the ONLY reason we would ever consider going back. The ambiance could be nice if they turned down the music so that you can actually have a conversation with your table. Very upsetting, heard good things, but had a completely different experience.

Special for the night was lamb and it arrived over done. They were nice enough to re-do and it came back perfect. A filet asked to be cooked medium rare came back medium - no pink. Carrots were hard - too Al dente. Mashed potatoes were good and plenty for a party of 4. Guest 4 had the salmon. Said it was good but pretty salty or too much blackening. Lastly, there were only 2 basic dessert choices - a generic crème bruele and a chocolate cake. There should be more choices. Overall, it was OK. Still looking for a good higher end meal in the area.

This was our very first time visiting. Here are my honest impressions: Excellent- -Had reservations got seated quickly -Waitress was attentive and polite -Most of our food was delicious -Ambience was settle yet formal Opportunities- -Our table was in an awkward area/small -Very dark had to use phone light to see menu -Food came out a bit fast -The broccoli was a bit hard Overall- Great place to have a nice dinner. Steak was amazing pretty much the highlight of the night as well as our cocktails! We will be back again.
