We were pleasantly surprised with a last-minute reservation at Greensleeves. The restaurant is intimate and had live music. The service was extremely good, will go back again.

First time here with my wife for our anniversary and it was outstanding! Attentive staff, they didn't come up to the table too much, but empty plates didn't sit on the table long and drinks refilled relatively quickly. Food was great, wife had the prime rib and said it was perfect. Will definitely be coming here for all future celebrations. A little bit of constructive criticism; it was a bit difficult to cut the peppercorn crust on my meat with a non-serrated knife, not a big deal. Also, the live music was a nice touch starting at 6 but he was a bit loud and it made it difficult to talk to each other, so us and others had to talk louder which significantly increased the ambient noise in the restaurant. Maybe something better suited for the lounge upstairs.

we went on a Tuesday and they have a tomahawk steak special for 1/2 off on Tuesdays. We shared one and had loaded mashed potatoes and broccolini for sides. We also started with a shrimp cocktail. Everything was excellent. While the service was good, the waitress was less than friendly. She provided what we needed, but did not smile and just didn't have a warm personality.

As usual the food was delicious. Great steaks and ambience. It was packed, so it was a bit noisy. I highly recommend Greensleeves.

Service was lacking for a high end steakhouse. Wife never received her glass of wine and her steak was rare to medium- rare when it should have been medium. Too many other choices at this level so probably won't be back.

Having the owner chase you down when you leave the restaurant because you left a bad review is very unappealing. He claims we didn't give them a chance when he himself was the one who cleared our table and could see the food was not eaten. Why not ask then? And to tell me my personal opinion is no good then maybe you should not be an owner if you can not take the criticism.

Honestly, truly.... Why go anywhere else in Redlands if you want fantastic food and staff that truly makes you feel like home! I can't say it enough, this place is head and shoulders above anyone else in town! You guys rock, we appreciate you!!!

I've eaten here before and it was excellent but this time it was underwhelming. Perhaps as it was a busy Saturday night, the servers were stretched but the pace was slow. Steaks were excellent but we were blasted by cold aircon and the whole experience was just ok not what you'd expect at the lay price point.

This was our first time and we wondered why we haven't been sooner since our kids went to University of Redlands. Cocktails were perfect. Food and Service was excellent. Side dishes were perfect. It was a wonderful evening. The ambiance was warm and friendly. There were five of us and all enjoyed our food and service. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Josh, the bartender and our server.

I visited CA for Thanksgiving week and my friend reserved dinner for us on a Tuesday night. We sat upstairs which was absolutely beautiful. Very quaint setting. The decor was lovely. Our server was absolutely fantastic. Very genuine in his service to us. The food. OMG, absolutely wonderful! I had the lobster tails and asparagus and my friend had the steak and wedge salad. We each had our two limit glasses of Chardonnay, 😉. I loved getting dolled up and going to dinner with my gf but you certainly do not have to get dressed up. Just go and enjoy a scrumptious, delicious meal with great company, even if that's by yourself! Much love ❤️ .

Food was amazing with a cozy ambiance. Ordered the 20 oz ribeye, which practically melted in my mouth! Loved the performer, playing acoustic guitar and relaxed renditions of some of my favorite songs. Service was prompt and friendly, with knowledgeable staff to provide recommendations to suit your palate. Highly recommend 👌

Service was really slow. Food was also at a lukewarm-turning-cold temperature.
After we ordered, we saw people all around us socializing. They all had been sitting there before us. I thought they were sitting there after eating. To our horror, they were actually still waiting on their main dish to come out. I had seen them eating for a while. I guess it was just appetizers for them.
We got bruschetta, which is pretty hard to mess up, but theirs was just okay. We got traditional version, which doesn’t have strawberries. I’ve never heard of a place that puts strawberries in bruschetta. The rest of the food took a really long time to come out, and when it did, it was already turning cold, which made it taste not as good anymore. It seems like the food would taste okay, but the temperature just made it worse.
At this price point, it’s not something that should be happening. We have this place a try and probably will not be coming back again. Also, there’s dim lighting, but they would be flickering lightly at times. It makes me feel like they haven’t changed their bulbs or something. The vibe just went from romantic to rundown. It was also extremely cold in there and I’m not one to get cold easily.
