The opening hostess working on Tuesday, August 12, 2025 should be immediately fired before it causes this fine establishment to lose more customers. This is one of our favorite date night spots and we dine here once a month, but we will not be returning until this incompentent hostess is relieved of her duties. I booked a reservation for this evening to celebrate my birthday (today) with my family, and drove from San Diego this afternoon to do so. Unfortunately, two members of our party were unable to join. I called three times throughout the day to change our reservation but no one ever answered the phone. We arrived a few minute early and were treaty rudely from the beginning, with this hostess being particularly dismissive of my wife when asking if we had a reservation. I stated that it would only be three of us, but she ignored me and proceeded to gather five menus and walk away. After we were sat, she came back a few minutes later and asked if we wanted water. At that time I once again stated that there would only be three of us so she could remove the extra place settings. She then proceeded to ask us to move tables, to a corner table where I could not sit across from my wife, and next to a couple who were very loud. I asked if we could remain at our current table, and agitatedly she responded that we could only stay there until 7 pm. As it was only 5:15 pm, there was no need to bring up an arbitrary time to leave as there were only three of us, and we already knew what we had intended to order. I asked to speak with her manager but she declined, stating that no managers were working today. Our favorite server came over to ask how we were doing, but she was unable to salvage the damage done by this incompentent and rude hostess, who ruined my birthday celebration.

First time eating at Greensleeves. Happy I finally made it for dinner. The food was excellent as was the service. I highly recommend for special occasions.

Food came out hot. A pleasant surprise that we showed up on tomahawk Tuesday, so it was half off. Our server was cool and the drinks were good.

Not sure who was cooking this visit, but they need to be fired. Ordered steaks Med, got RARE, REAL RARE, and the meat quality was bad. You can tell they were cooked from frozen, and they didn't trim the hard silverskin, SIZZLER HAS BETTER STEAKS than this, SAD, especially for the HIGH PRICE! AND, our stomachs were queasy the next day, WHAT A SHAME to call yourself a high quality steakhouse and deliver food like this, HORRIBLE!

The food was delicious, our server Summer was exceptional. She suggested appetizers and cocktails based on the information we gave about our preferences. Everything we ordered was perfect. The best calamari and Brussels sprouts I've had in years. We will go back often and maybe just eat appetizers😉

Fabulous steak cooked to perfection. We arrived as the restaurant opened and were warmly welcomed. Excellent martinis, great oysters Rockefeller, fries just as you’d want them and a reasonable choice of wine by the glass. For sure it’s expensive, but worth it.
