Showed up at 7:45PM and they said they stopped AYCE and they close at 10. Wish they specified this on their promos or website. Wasted an hour drive
The food here is good, the rolls are always tasty but the service is something to be desired. Almost every visit our order is either wrong or forgotten (yes the servicers forget our rolls or serve them to other customers). We just did a Togo order with an estimated 15min window, over an hour later half the order still isn't made and when I ask to get a refund so I can go elsewhere the supervisor on staff can't do it because he doesn't know how and the owner isn't here.

Please watch out. The waitress Luisa charge extra number of person for all you can eat.
We 4 of us visited here yesterday and wife cant eat sushi so that she ordered 2 rolls special and 3 other ordered All u can eat. I have been here last 14 years so that I didn't read the check in detail and paid cash and 20 % tip.
After the day I reviewed the receipt Luisa charged 4 All u can eat and 2 rolls. I ran back here and told the complaint to Luisa but she rather blamed me I didn't write the number of people on the top of order sheet. Customer write it? Manager Mike even know the waitress do on order sheet?
And she said my wife shared the sushi. What the hack....? She doesnt eat the raw fish. I feel so sorry to the owner who is my old friend that has an waitress who is a lier and irresponsible one work for him.

Service was terrible. Took over 40+ min to get our first order of sushi. And had to flag down our waitress everytime we needed something and my drinks never got refulled. Only had 4-5 tables sat with 3 servers walking around. There are plenty of other options for sushi.

The service was terrible. The waitress got our drinks and never returned to see if we needed anything else. We waited an hour and a half to never receive our food. Once we asked for the check to pay for our drinks they tried to rush our food out. We refused. They made us wait 20 more minutes for our check. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Wait too long. Waitresses do not know the correct table to deliver food. They tried to say we received food that was never on our table. People who came in after us received their order before us. We were completely ignored by our waitress
I've been coming to this place before it became Hello Sushi. This place is intimate with private sections for small groups. Prices are reasonable compared to area AYCE Sushi restaurants. What I love about this restaurant is that their servings are bigger than usual. The only bad part is that they only give you two rounds for AYCE.

I went to dinner with my husband and our two year old. Our sushi rolls were great we had the Sarah, Washington & Mexican. We recommend them all. We also had the gyoza and it was tasty. Our server Lauren was kind and very helpful. She took great care of us and we will definitely come back. They have great deals and the quality is not compromised. We enjoyed our dinner.

**Food got me and my wife and daughter super sick..**
Me and my wife went by for dinner and ordered about 35-40$ worth of food for ourself and our daughter. By the time we had gotten ready to go to bed that same night we had been in the restroom, atleast 4 times. We both were up late, around 4am using the restroom and feeling super nauseous all night ..
In the morning, we called and they had the nerve to ask us for a receipt of the medicine we took, as if I had just bought brand new medicine specifically for whatever the hell we caught from them.
I'd imagine asking for a receipt for the food, but the medicine is incredible. Eat at your own warning.

Just stopped by for dinner. My boyfriend and I put our names on the list and waited outside. Shortly after, the owner took one of the server’s outside and berated her. The phrase “Shut up and listen to me” and “You’re making me lose money” was used and the server seemed pretty defeated. The conversation was not constructive and the owner’s management style was very off-putting. He lost our business today because of this. I don’t feel comfortable being a customer for a restaurant that treats their staff this poorly.
Heads up. This place charges a gratuity for serving 6 or more people. My family is a party of 6. The waitress at the end of the dining experience gave us the check and disclosed that there is a gratuity charge of $18 for serving a party of 6 people. I didn’t see a sign any where disclosing that information or on the menu. We paid for the bill and thought never again will we come back again. I have been to many sushi restaurants with large and small parties and never was charged a fixed gratuity. I should have known something was up with the restaurant when it was empty because we were the only customers in the restaurant. The food tasted good but the prices are high just keep that in mind.

They brought back ayce for a small time and the options are very limited. The presentation wasn't great and the flavor wasn't there. They don't have salmon roe or oyster shooters anymore. =[

Edit: this used to be my favorite sushi place to eat, but they no longer do AYCE.
This is my favorite sushi place to eat. Their rolls are so delicious and their drinks taste fine. Water and all.
The only thing that was good was the customer service, the food was horrible, with some rolls being greasy, tempera bland, and miso served in ugly yellow bowls and plastic spoons. There is a reason why all the 5 five reviews are from 5-6 years ago.

The food and service were great! We came in 30 mins before closing and they were so polite, sat us immediately and got us drinks. The sushi was amazing and the chef even made us a few special rolls to try on the house. Price was very reasonable. We would definitely come here again!
