Got AYCE for $38.05 on a Friday night. Service is quick and the servers all seemed nice. The sushi (2 piece) is very good! My favorite was the Cajun seared salmon and albacore. The Handroll was small but since it was part of the AYCE menu I didn't mind, probably wouldn't order it on its own. I tried half of the sushi and everything was fresh and yummy. They have A LOT of options for sushi. The only thing I didn't like was you only get two rounds. So the second round was tricky I didn't want to not order enough nor order too much. Besides that I will definitely be coming back!

Absolute WORST experience ever. We went midday, one person was at the sushi bar. So not busy, we should be in and out right, wrong! There were two servers, one was polite, the other was NOT, girl with a bunch of face piercings and half eyebrows I'm talking about you. SERIOUSLY you were so rude and lack any kind of social skills. They took our order and sat two other people like 10 mins after us. I noticed the other tables were getting their food, roll after roll was coming out. After a while I flagged down our server and asked about our rolls. She said she would check. I saw her go to the sushi counter and talk to the guy making rolls then she just stood there next to the other server for some time, proceeded to bring more food to the other tables. I had to wave her down again to get an update on our food. She said oh the guy looked at the ticket wrong. So if I didn't ask we would've never gotten our food. She blamed someone else even though it's literally her only job to make sure the food ordered gets to the table. She did not apologize but just brushed it off. I have two small children who were getting really antsy by now. We also ordered a bento box with chicken teriyaki. The chicken was rubbery cold and tasteless and I asked if we could substitute it for chicken nuggets for the kids because no one wanted to eat that. She said no, with no apologies. She said if she doesn't like something she just wouldn't eat it. Thanks for the wisdom. When the rolls finally came out, the plate was sloppy, the rolls were bland and covered with spicy mayo. I didn't even eat there because I was so upset by then. We had waited at least 40 minutes and now had to pay for this awful food and experience. My husband asked to speak to a manager and of course they said there was no manager on site and we could call later and talk to Taylor, whoever that is?? After reading other reviews I doubt that will help our situation one bit. Anyone who employs servers like that clearly does not care about their business. Also the bathroom was disgusting, we will not be coming back due to terrible and rude service, poor hygiene and bland overpriced food. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT eat here!!! There are way better options like sushi from stater brothers because even that quality is better and served with much less attitude!!!

Great find while visiting Redlands. Felt very authentic. Staff very friendly. The grade of sushi is high quality and their bento box is a steal for sure. Will be back to visit when I'm in town.

Just average tasting sushi but service was great. We went as a large group mid day and everyone was happy with their meals. Some interesting rolls, but needed more sauces.

Went on a Monday, service was not great. One of the waitresses was rude; when we asked about the dishes, she gave a dirty look. We ordered the all you can eat, waited 25 minutes for two rolls that never came. Server never came to the table to check on us or explain why the rolls were taking so long. We had to ask 3 times for our rolls and the 3rd time we were told oh he's new sorry it's taking longer. We ended canceling the other rolls. Ask for the check and to speak to a manager no manager or supervisor on site and no one could give us the mangers phone number. Apparently, from what no one was in charge that afternoon. Check had stamped 5% off discount and where still charged full price.

One of the worse Sushi places I’ve ever been to. The service was horrible. It took 25 min for my Pathfinder roll to come out. The server never came to ask if we wanted refills on our drinks. The sushi tasted like it was left out for far too long.

I ordered food tonight through Ubereats. My order was missing 2 rolls. I called the store and the woman on the phone said they did indeed forget to give me my rolls. I asked her if she could please notify ubereats of THEIR mistake and have a driver get it. She told me that she wouldn't do that and I would have to come get it myself if I wanted them. I asked her if I could just get a refund. She was very rude and flatly told me no, that that's between me and ubereats. Basically not her problem. She was unapologetic about screwing up the order and just didn't care to resolve things. On top of that, the rolls we did get were not rolled well and were falling apart. Over all, not ordering from here again. The woman on the phone could have apologized and I'd still be a customer.

The food here is good. However, when you hear the chefs being really mean to the servers it makes the food taste really bad. One particular his name was Dash. He was so mean and rude to the servers he worked with. It’s very apparent you have mean people who work there. That energy comes out in the food. Just sayin.
