Henry's Bar and Grill

Me and my wife came in at 4pm. We placed an order for a beer, Dr Pepper, and sampler plate. Our beer and Dr Pepper came right away, but seemed like our food order was never put in. A couple came in 10 min after us, and was served there food before us. Our first waitress said that she was going to have another waitress take over. We’re assuming that our order of food was placed since we placed our food order at the same time. That wasn’t the case. The second server felt bad, since our food order was never placed. Our first waitress made sure we paid for our drinks which I did. We saw her having a drink with some people ( assuming she was clocking out) we ended up leaving after we told our second server that we still hadn’t received our food, we waited an extra 10 min after telling our second server and still no food. We won’t be coming back to support this business.

Really nice to see someone is making a good of this location. Food was very tasty. We as a family had a great time. We will be back.

I can’t rate anything other than customer service. We reserved a table for 4 got seated then a female waitress kicked us off and said there is a longer wait for us that it was reserved for a big party and that my reservations was not seen cause they
go to the owner and they don’t see the
reservations. Made NO sense but we left and will never ever return to try this out. There is too much competition in Redlands to treat paying customers this bad. The waitress or whatever she was should be fired!!!!!!

Don't bother making reservations then driving an hour and a half to get there, because they'll just laugh and say sorry we dont really look at reservations made on line. Waste of my evening.

Other than the music a tad loud, (hard to talk), the place was great. The waiter, the food, the atmosphere all good. I highly suggest the shrimp street tacos.

Love coming here to have a beer or a drink. Very friendly and the food is great. Tried almost everything on the menu from the tacos to the wings it’s all been delicious. They have the hands down best pozole in Redlands with a red hot sauce they make just for it delicious! I would highly recommend coming here!

LOVE LOVE LOVE it here! Started coming about a year and a half ago! And kept coming back because the food and the people are top tier! The service is great the atmosphere is great as well as the food! The staff is like family and we celebrate a lot of holidays right there with them! 10000/10. Henry’s will always be the first place that I want to go any night of the week!

OUTSTANDING customer service, food, drinks and VIBE! The guys behind the bar were so attentive and sweet and the prices and deals were so worth it. You can't find happy hour deals like these just anywhere! I highly recommend the Mexican Candy drink and the mango hab wings w these fresh fries😋

My wife and I were looking for a spot with a great bar tender who can make an amazing margarita and especially an espresso martini and we found it! We are new fans of this place because Anthony our bar tender delivered! My wife was super satisfied and we will definitely be back! Thanks for making our day Anthony!! 10 stars ⭐️

Was real cool when I arrived. But I ordered a second drink after 30mins and never got it but everyone else received theirs. The drinks were 11 for tall cups and smaller were 10
