This five stars is relative to expectations for the place. It is literally built onto the front of a grocery store. You order from a small window and take it to go. I only tried the Turkey, mac and cheese, potato salad, and french fries. The Turkey is a bit peppery on the seasoning but paired well with the BBQ sauce. The fries had a slight batter on them and I personally love that. The mac and cheese and potato salad were solid too. Thete are limited drink options so I bought a soda in the store. Would I say this is better than the majority of BBQ places I have visited in Texas? Of course not. But I'd be happy to eat it again and if you're exploring options in Redlands it is a fun addition.

The barbecue that I had a few times was very flavorful. The rib tips are meaty and tender as are the pork ribs. The chicken leg and thigh was juicy and well cooked with a nice smoky taste. I am not a fan of the barbecue sauce, but that's a minor technicality. I enjoyed the macaroni and cheese and the baked beans. The potato salad was not bad, but not my favorite of the sides. This is a take out establishment. I am not sure if there are places to sit and eat.

I finally got a chance to stop by and try this place. It’s connected to a grocery store but it’s right in front so it’s easy to find. I ordered a 3 meat plate with the brisket, sausage and chicken quarter leg with a side of Mac and cheese and bbq beans. The portion size was really good. All in all the meat was cooked well but lacked flavor to me-except for the sausage, that was pretty tasty. The bbq sauce was really on point tho and gave good flavor to the meat. The Mac and cheese was decent, not nasty but not memorable and the bbq beans were decent. I really wanted to like this place more but it didn’t hit my palate how I expect my bbq to.

Not sure what all the ranting and raving is about here!! We ordered the brisket sandwich and loaded Mac and cheese with brisket (pulled chicken was out)
The food is SOOOOOOO SALTY!!!!!!! Oh my good God!! I couldn’t even finish my food at all (three or four bites in) and we drove out here per the reviews. They might as well just serve bottles of salt instead because you can’t taste the meat at all. I also ordered lemonade which was absolutely disgusting.. tasted like what I’d imagine mold would taste like.
It’s in front of a grocery store so it’s a weird location as it is with limited seating and the customer service was ok.
Hate to give negative reviews because we were genuinely excited to come but what a waste of our time and money. I’d skip.

Best BBQ food I can ever recommend to anyone! Ordered the Brisket and pulled chicken plate with potato salad and beans, excellent taste, very delicious and the portions are more than enough to fill you up at a very reasonable price! I will be a returning customer!
