Best tamales in Redlands! Red sauce is absolutely delicious. Texture of the tamales are made perfectly. Great flavors all married so well together. And the service was great!Such a great experience.Highly recommend that you try this place!
SO SO GOOD, authentic and a great clean restaurant. I love that it’s family owned. My mom and I ordered vegan, sweet corn, jalapeño and cheese, and their beef tamales. All incredible and the agua frescas are delicious! I’ll be back!
The food was delicious! We had the chicken mole and the birrira plate. Loved the green salsa. Took home some tamales as well, lots of flavor but could use a little more meat.
Birria burrito is amazing and I am definitely getting this again. Their tamales have the perfect ratio of filling to masa. You also have to try the homemade corn tortillas, they are made to order and come hot piping hot. This is our new go to spot when we are in town. They are also very involved with the community and feature gifts from local businesses and vendors.
My mom went to get tamales for the family and they said they had vegan tamales my mom asked the cook to confirm they were vegan, she said the beans had “just a little bit of lard” and the tamales had “just a little bit of cheese” so they weren't even vegetarian. It was false advertising completely. I feel bad for the mislead vegans who ate these tamales. The owner has apologized and claimed the cook didn't know what vegan was, but that is no excuse to lie on the menu. Proceed with caution at this place.

We had the Cafe de Olla catered for a community event and it was a hit! Everyone loved it and I received lots of compliments. The price per gallon is very affordable.First time trying it and I loved it so much too I had to come back and try the Iced Cafe de Olla. Both are delicious ? the hot Cafe de Olla is already sweetened so you can drink as is or add milk or half and half.
Came here for lunch in the middle of the week. Staff was super friendly and the food was great. The 2 tamale plate is the way to go. The berry lemonade is delicious. My only warning to others is that the red salsa is pretty spicy. Well definitely go back...often.

Tamales are good. Could be more meat. Menudo has no hominy. Doesn’t specify that on menu. For 12$ they don’t serve that much menudo. Has one Hueso an the menudo meat. Was a little bland on taste as well. The birria nachos have been good every time. Just also short on meat. Also when i ordered menudo it says come w tortillas. I got corn an they charged me for those. Maybe flour are free. Plz specify that on me u thanks.
Amazing food, best tamales and birria I have had! Definetly worth the price, Clean environment, fast service, Friendly atmosphere treated me just like family. I will be coming back very soon! Will be recommending to friends and family.
The food was excellent! The loaded nachos were delicious! My husband got a beef burrito and said he loved it. The service was terrific as well—very friendly staff. I will definitely be back.??
The staff here are very sweet and passionate about their food. It was an amazing experience I would recommend their Birria tamales with the salsa from the chips are the best together. Can’t wait to come back to get some Mole.
I ordered the iced café de olla and the chicken mole and both were very good. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely go back to try the tamales.
