Superior and exquisite genuine Northern Italian restaurant
Kid-friendliness: Our hostess was cheerful, knowledgeable and even sang in Italian for us.

Our server Graziel, I believe was incredible. I’ve always loved Isabella’s but this experience was wonderful I’ll never forget it.

I went here with my family and had an awful experience, the hostess hailey was very rude and gave me looks for no reason when i just wanted to get dinner with my family. One of the waitresses was very sweaty and seemed extremely stressed and it was kind of disturbing. Their ice cream tastes like the ice cream i get at walmart and it was super expensive. Super low quality food for an extremely high price. I would not reccomend going here as the service and food is not worth the amount you have to pay.

We've been coming to Isabella's for some time now and have unfortunately seen a decline. This is very unfortunate.
The atmosphere has been in need of a severe updating for a while now. It's quite old and outdated and needs to be refreshed; especially with the rise in menu pricing.
The food has always been marginal.
There are a few improvements that could be made .... one of which is applying a bit more focus from the head chef/cook with better attention to seasoning, food handling and plating, and quality of products. ..... as an example, the Chicken Milanesa was flavorless and extremely oily.
This could have been fixed with better seasoning and patting down the excessive oil with a paper towel after frying the Milanesa. ... a very simple fix.
I don't want to go too deeply with this review. I do these reviews because I'd hate to see another establishment disappear unnecessarily.
My hope is that the team at Isabella's sees this and takes the proper steps to improve.

I'll keep it linear...
1) Server has a pulse...that's it ... they just DIDN'T want to be there....(NEVER came to check up on us...no water refill after initial pour)
2) The wine (house cab) must've been stored with Jimmy Hoffa's ... tasted like death ?
3) Macaroni Grill tasted better....I'll leave it at that....
4) Bread had an after taste of play dough & gooey ....
5) No military discounts (but that's a given)
6) Lastly....utensils were dirty.....
You guys lost your touch BIG TIME ... Horribly disappointed .... you WERE my "go to" Italian restaurant ...

The food was average. However, the service was absolutely horrible. The wait times to even take an order or get a bill are nearly a half hour each. Once you get her attention to take an order and you think your table is ordering when someone says they don't want to start the table order she leaves for another 15 minutes until you can get her attention again! I eat out all over the world and have never had such a chaotic experience with horrid service. Just horrid. Not one was ever checked on to see how doing or if need anything or even check on us to basic take orders. It was always trying to get her attention. A dinner that should take an hour of basic order dinner and pay bill ready with cash to over 3 hours because of this horrible service. The food was average Italian, not even good Italian. The bread was awful, doughy and pasty and mushy like you could buy at any supermarket. Not even a good Italian bread. Interiors were extremely dated, dark and greasy, and worse, the table cloths and floors did not even look clean. It was a horrible place that I would not recommend to anyone. And it was way overpriced for what you got.

The food was not good I had to throw it in the trash. Pasta tasted like the sauce came from a can. Salad had no tomatoes croutons onions nothing except lettuce. The Dama Bianca was runny and I was a tad bit afraid to eat any of the food. Thisfood was not worth $41. Absolutely not.

I have had almost everything on the menu and I can proudly say that the food is great and the staff is grea. It's truly one of the best restaurants in Redlands.

Oh my, what excellent food! My husband had the veal parmigiana, I had something I can’t pronounce lol, it was veal, with artichoke , mushrooms and a delicious cream sauce. Our waitress was fabulous. Around just enough , but not bothersome. The atmosphere is wonderful, you don’t feel rushed at all. It was my birthday dinner , which my husband mentioned in passing . Needless to say, we were given a very delicious tiramisu that was the best I have ever had. Three thumbs up ?????? a definite do again. ❤️
