The gentleman working tonight has a really bad attitude. Maybe you should consider changing his shift to the day time. Last time we came we left after ording because his attitude was so bad. We would have left again today but a car was in front of us so we got stuck waiting. Our order was correct but the attitude was so bad. I recommend changing his shift.

I was served bad food on purpose and the lady was really rude unprofessional the tacos were spoiled and the spicy chicken sandwich I said no cheese they put cheese the workers name is Justin M I would fire immediately

On two different occasions something was missing from my order. This time (3rd) I got a meal for my lady and myself, I had to return because half the order was missing. Imagine driving back to get the food they forgot to give you, then purchasing more food to correct the incorrect order. This was 2 sets of two tacos then denied a drink refill. But the worse part is this isn't the first time somethings been missing from my order that I've paid for. If you order here you're literally throwing your money away.

I barely eat out but I wanted some tacos and I ordered a chicken sandwich and a 4 piece chicken nugget for my kids and the lady was so rude she forgot my chicken sandwich and she swore up and down she gave it to me she got mad when I told her she gave me an attitude also my tacos were cold and soggy I was really upset I won’t ever go this location again

We got short-changed on an order (it happens — every fast food place); wife called the store and manager Cynthia told us to bring in the receipt and they would make it good. A few days later I went in; Cynthia happened to be there, and not only did she make the previous order good, she went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied. Crew member Aria, working the counter, was also very pleasant in helping us. One instance, at least, of great customer service.
