Considering the place was empty when we arrived most tables were uncleaned, the restrooms needed attention, drive thru was a bit busy but durning the down time tables could have been wiped down floors swept. We were there over 45 minutes, durning this time not once was the dinning room checked but they did have time to chitchat.

The bathrooms were nasty. Sink was clogged with no toilet paper. No paper towels. Can't wash your hands. The toilet was dirty and the floor was filthy. Do better guys do better

I came through the drive through and place an order. For one the lady over the mic was extremely rude. She didn’t let me finish placing my order, she had the worse attitude, and she refused to state her name. We were asked to pull forward for so her times don’t run up. My food was cold and the box order wasn’t even complete as shown in the photo below.
