Visited on Christmas day and they were quick, had an employee out in the cold taking orders to expedite things and my food was perfect! Thanks for feesing me on a busy day.

I always come at afternoon and always seem a team leader name eruadi or Erandy
not doing her job it seems she talking with a cashier by the head set not taking orders also I ask for a burger of smashed jack and they said sorry we don't have and some items are missing too also they said is manager and district manager fault they dont order items even soda too they dont have what's going on with this restaurants do they want customer service or not the lobby dirty , restrooms super dirty the team leader from the afternoon doesn't send no one to clean she's not professional they put more attention at drive thru than helping us at front counter this restaurant is the worst place to come

First time I've ever had to update a review. Terrible, just a bad experience. They were out of: orange juice, barbecue sauce, marinara sauce. And to top it off gave me the wrong sandwich. Won't be back to the Redlands location again, I'd recommend driving a block down to the Wendy's.

Extremely Disappointed with Service at W Redlands Blvd Jack in the Box

Dear Jack in the Box Corporate Team,

I’m writing to express how disappointed and frustrated I am with my recent experience at your W Redlands Blvd location. I placed an order for pickup at 12:06 a.m., and when I arrived, the store was closed—yet my order was still accepted and charged.

What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the employees inside. I could clearly see workers in the restaurant, but they completely ignored me and refused to help or even listen when I tried to explain the situation. It was unprofessional and extremely upsetting.

Not only did I pay for food I never received, but I had to take out a small loan just to buy food elsewhere so my kids could eat. Food isn’t cheap, and it’s unfair to customers when the system accepts orders for a closed location.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience with Jack in the Box lately. Every time something goes wrong, all I’m offered is a refund—which can take up to 10 days to show up on my debit card. That delay doesn’t help when families are struggling to cover basic expenses.

I drove all the way from San Bernardino to pick up this order, only to be treated rudely and left without food. This location needs serious attention from corporate—customers shouldn’t be treated this way morning, noon, or night.

At this point, I’ll be taking a break from Jack in the Box until I see better service and accountability. I hope this message reaches someone who truly cares about improving the customer experience.

Eat here around 8:30pm on October 3rd the little caucasian girl was extremely timid and rude to me. I also got food poisoning. Extreme cramps dizziness and dehydration! Don’t eat here at night they our tampering with the food!

Took a road trip and this was the only place open I thought, doors were locked and they lied about the bathroom not working because they didn't want to work. Oh and saw rats running from the trash to the open backdoor.

Love this place open 24 hours I can get my breakfast at 4:30 in the morning when everything else is closed. The gentleman here is always nice and polite.

Service is not that great, its slow and now i have to take my own order now. they do not call out your order correctly so was waiting for my order for a while even though it was sitting on the counter. order a spicy chicken wrap and there was no chicken but only over fried batter.

I love the staff of this jack in the box !!!! Every employee here know what customer service is and they are so nice and kind but not in a fake way !!!! Honestly I’ve come to this one the past three days in a row and I love coming here just to order Jack because of the customer service

Placed an order in drive thru and the girl Michelle was extremely rude i said thank you and she shut the window in my face highly disrespectful that little girl needs a lesson in manners and appropriate training if she was my employee I'd fire her on the spot
