Excellent Service. Jesus went above abd beyond what was needed. He answered all questions. My son came in with me with a little sore throat so he's having issues chewing. Jesus gave us the best options and my son loved his drink. Highly recommend.

Arrived at 9:40pm on September 12th 2025 to order some smoothies. Yes, I know it’s close to closing time but that shouldn’t be an excuse for the young lady (KATHY) working there to be extremely rude. She rudely directed me to order at the kiosk, then when I asked her if anything in the apples and greens smoothies came into contact with any pineapple she just said no but made it seem like I asked a stupid question. I explained my wife is severely allergic. Hoping for a little more reassurance and still got a expressionless look with the slightest head shake to say no? I guess.
Then a poor little boy comes in almost peeing his pants and asks if there was a restroom available and she said no because it was being cleaned. There was a cone in front of it and no one was in the restroom cleaning it. I would have understood if she would have said it’s for customers only and even then I would have still thought she was messed up cause he was just a poor little boy.
That young lady needs to be called out. From the reviews I see I’m not the only one that’s been treated rudely.

This has to be the slowest Jamba Juice I have ever been to. It’s ridiculously slow. I mean what’s going on? Milking the cow? Picking strawberries?
So slow I’d rather not come here. Expect to be here at least 30 min when they are not busiy
it was about 6 on a thursday and this kid was running everything he needs help back there there was a big line and he cant be expected to do everything himself very understaffed

Vibrant & spacious locations. Having more seating room would definitely bring in more traffic. The only negative comment is the exorbitant pricing on the products.

Jesus, the manager, is a good man. He told me that he cares a lot about providing good service to Jamba Juice patrons, and he wishes the best for his employees. Uber Eats messed up on a previous order, and he corrected it after I showed him proof of the order. Since he was so helpful, I came back again to order another drink. Thank you, Adriane!

Went here today and the girl at the front was a little rude. I also noticed she greeted two sets of people when they walked in a little after me but completely ignored me when I walked in and didn’t even say hello when she was about to take my order..she just said “what can I get you”. Not sure if race had anything to do with this because I noticed the people she greeted who walked in after me were not African American. Also put way too much ice in my drink. I felt like I paid $9 for ice and juie.
I don't think it's good value anymore. The small to large is only a dollar difference
They said the wifi is down but they're still accepting credit cards but no gift cards.
