I came in to grab a Turkey provolone Mike's way with no tomato. Somehow my sandwich got mixed up. When I came up to tell them about the mix up. What seemed to be the shift leader or manager perhaps was very rude argued that that was the sandwich that I ordered, and I was like how I didn't order tomato and instead of trying to fix it, she argued until she finally was like, okay, we'll make you your sandwich. Just plain out rudeness. And honestly the way she threw the other sandwich in the trash was just a disgusting

I love Jersey Mike's and I have been to this location several times. There is always seating, the staff are nice, things are clean, and it's in a convenient location. I wish there was Dr. Pepper, but Jersey Mike's never has that and the Pepsi is good, so I wouldn't hold that against them. 10/10

First experience here and it's the worst experience I've had at a Jersey Mike's sadly. Order wasn't ready until nearly 20min after the stated time, so 35min to make 2 cold sandwiches. And this is the problem with asking for tips BEFORE service and why we decided we won't tip beforehand anymore.

It took over 30mins to get 2 sandwiches.
- first time one of the sandwiches had bacon when i asked for NO BACON.
( to fix the mistake the lady just took out the bacon and wanted to give it back )
- that’s not what a NO BACON sandwich means -

Both sandwiches were supposed to be on WHEAT, neither sandwich was on wheat.

Will never visit this location again.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. On March 24th, I ordered a giant original Italian sandwich without oil and vinegar, but with mayonnaise and pickles, mostly for my husband, who was doing a 24-hour overnight shift at the hospital. When I tried to eat my portion, I realized they had forgotten the mayonnaise and pickles, making the sandwich dry and unappetizing. I called the shop, and they assured me they would remake the sandwich.

However, when I arrived to pick up the replacement, the staff completely changed their attitude. I was ignored when I initially inquired about the order and was then told they couldn’t remake a giant sandwich due to "system issues" and could only make me a regular-sized one. When I explained that it was their mistake and I ordered a giant sandwich, they asked me to return the previous one. Since I had already dropped off most of the sandwich to my husband at the hospital, I only had a small portion left to show them the error.

Their customer service was appalling. Instead of offering an apology and simply remaking the sandwich, I was met with excuses and poor treatment. It's incredibly frustrating when a simple mistake could have been fixed with a little professionalism. I won’t be returning, and I strongly advise others to reconsider if they want reliable customer service.
