Iβm extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. On March 24th, I ordered a giant original Italian sandwich without oil and vinegar, but with mayonnaise and pickles, mostly for my husband, who was doing a 24-hour overnight shift at the hospital. When I tried to eat my portion, I realized they had forgotten the mayonnaise and pickles, making the sandwich dry and unappetizing. I called the shop, and they assured me they would remake the sandwich.
However, when I arrived to pick up the replacement, the staff completely changed their attitude. I was ignored when I initially inquired about the order and was then told they couldnβt remake a giant sandwich due to "system issues" and could only make me a regular-sized one. When I explained that it was their mistake and I ordered a giant sandwich, they asked me to return the previous one. Since I had already dropped off most of the sandwich to my husband at the hospital, I only had a small portion left to show them the error.
Their customer service was appalling. Instead of offering an apology and simply remaking the sandwich, I was met with excuses and poor treatment. It's incredibly frustrating when a simple mistake could have been fixed with a little professionalism. I wonβt be returning, and I strongly advise others to reconsider if they want reliable customer service.
Really disappointed that this company canβt get a better system for wait times ordered 30 mins in advance for my lunch and still waited 30 mins when I arrived missed my lunch and was late I donβt blame the staff but I do blame management for understaffing and the system.

My first visit there. I usually pass by most of the time on my way to my gym. Beautiful location. Easy parking. Went to pick up our dinner. My order was made perfectly. Except they had run out of Rosemary/Parmesan and the Wheat bread. But it's a busy store. It was mentioned that they would have to start making more quantities of both breads as they are popular. But, it didn't help me with my meal tonight. Very clean store. Friendly workers, great atmosphere. Prices are reasonable, but you will get very full from the very tasty food. Better than Subway!!!

Normally I love the food but I was so sick after having a tuna sub! I was glued to the toilet for hours!!!!!!! Beware!!!!! The staff was great, just can't ever chance getting that sick again. I was shocked ?

Good effort, greeting customer as they come in then taking their order right away... While multitasking, working on a giant order. What sucks is they basically ignore me the rest of the time and then forget to fulfill my order. I ended up leaving, making a mental note to leave this review. Be better, please.

DONT EAT HERE IF YOU WANT TO GET THE WRONG ORDER! My family and I placed a usual order and expected to get our sandwiches right. They messed up on 3 sandwiches leaving out food items we specifically ordered in our sandwiches. We decided to call this place to let them know they made a mistake on the order and they were incredibly rude and careless. They said that it was minor and not a big deal which was extremely insensitive and much more. It wasnβt minor in any way or form. If my mom were to have meat in her sandwich my mom couldβve ate meat at which she is vegetarian . In addition my family couldβve been allergic to the items that were put in that we didnβt order. Overall giving this place a 1 star, extremely disappointed.
