My husband and I love to eat here. I will pick up lunch for here and every single time they load up our subs. They make them excellent. The team is nice and friendly. I give them an A+A+A+

I love the convenience of this place and the sandwiches are good. My only problem today was that there was a stem piece from the avocado in my sandwich and I about broke a tooth. I've never had this happen. But if they are putting a sandwich together they need to pay attention to detail. I'm disappointed.

I love the number 6 made Mike's way.The sandwiches are always generous and good. The bread is the best.
The food is super good, 55 and 8 are perfect, just the personal are a bit too serious. It makes ordering to my liking uncomfortable.Overall great menu items.

I just want to know do your associates know how to read ? Better yet do any of you know how to read ? This is about the 3rd to 4th time this specific Jerseys Mike's messed up my order. Heads up, I'll be there tomorrow to talk to a Manager as well call corporate. Hopefully you were able to read this.

Food was good and fresh. Service was excellent and the restaurant was clean and presentable. My only issue with Jersey Mikes is they are over priced. I rarely come here because of that. This was good food though.

Seriously just had the worst service ever today. I walked into the store wanting to order two sandwiches. I could already see that they were working on a big order already, which is fine. However, one of the workers went to take our order, so I gave her the order to one of the two sandwiches I purchased. After I told her what I wanted off the menu, she walked away. I thought she was going to make our sandwiches, but she did not. We waited about 5 minutes until she came back. After waiting, I had told her I had another order. The girl just looked at me and didn't say a word to me. So after waiting another 5 minutes, Isabelle starting making our sandwiches instead because of the large order they were working on. It felt like she didn't want to do her job as a worker there. There are 4 staff in the building that seemed to be working on this big order together. I felt like they didn't want to make our sandwiches at all. We couldn't get even a smirk out of the people that were working there. In the meantime, a lady walked in who apparently had an online order. One of the workers stopped what she was doing, and made her sandwich while we've been waiting awhile for our sandwiches to be started and made. The staff seemed uncooperative and didn't have a good attitude. It seemed like we were unwelcome.
I ordered the Big Kahuna Steak and this spot nailed it. I'll be back more often with the love I got in this sandwich.

I had a great experience here today. I live in the mountains, so the last time I had a Jersey Mike's was at the new lake arrowhead location. Up there, if I ask them for a California club, they look at me as if I had just asked them to solve a quadratic equation. Here, I walk right up and ask for a California club, and I get a "you got it!" Very refreshing. The girl who was making my sandwich Mike's way noticed a little glob of mayo on one of the tomatoes and promptly discarded it. Great quality management. The store was clean, my food was delicious and fresh, and the employees were friendly and got the small line down to a trickle fast. Great job, guys! I will definitely be coming back here when I am down here!

Come grab a sub and cool off! This place is clean, super friendly staff, and the A/C is cranked. The original Italian is my favorite sub. Get it Mike's way plus banana peppers and jalapeños. Knock you off your chair goodness .. your pallet will thank you!
