This was my first time a Jersey Mike’s, thankfully i went on a downtime because I was really indecisive. The two girls on the shift, Linda and Mayra, were really sweet and helpful. They were incredibly patient and walked me through the whole ordering process.

Came in to the store Linda made my sub she understand exactly how i wanted it even though my sub was a bit complicated she was very patient with me great customer service, Mayra rang me out she was every polite to me

I didn’t even complete my training and they terminated saying I wasn’t fit but they didn’t even give me a chance . I’m so dissatisfied with Jersey mikes. They need to do better how can you hire and fire someone during Training? Also the bathrooms are really dirty the way Mable showed me to clean the restrooms was really disturbing. Didn’t have the right equipment literally just sprayed and wiped everything with the same rag using Glass cleaner to wipe down everything 🤢. Also I’m not sure if everything is Sanitized had me washing some of the dishes with no soap until I told her the water felt nasty and greesyy that’s when she came and put soap into the water some dishes were washed with soap and some aren’t.
The employees here are so incompetent.
I got food poisoning from here a couple of days ago.
I got the chicken philly. The woman on the grill was also making a regular philly and she didn't use a different utensil for the separate meat.
About 30-40mins after I ate the sandwich: diarrhea. That night: chills, abdominal pain and fever symptoms.

ordered online and had pick up time of 430. understaffed, did not start order until they helped three customers that walked in line tho I was waiting the whole time since 430 and knew I had pick up order.

Usually my past experiences are ok but today just wasn't a very good experience... The girl making our sandwich forgot three ingredients from the club sub. The soda machine was straight up water. And all the tables were dirty.

I spent 30 minutes in line .. I ordered my sandwich and was given the wrong sandwich. The staff was not aware of the line that was growing and continued to move at the pace of snails.. Pickles are not an art form. Seriously, lacking any common sense ..

Your employees are amazing. The two stars for service is the owners issue. The owner fails here. Two employees at lunch rush? With online orders pouring in? 30 min in line? Outrageous. Your employees and customers deserve better.

I usually go to the Highland location which is great. Almost everytime I come here they seem understaffed and the wait is long. I use the app to order and my food is almost never ready at the time the app says it'll be ready. Otherwise, the food is usually good and the 2 people working seem to do their best.
The food is good here, but the workers need to pay attention to cooking food. You come here in your lunch break you expect to get your sandwich and leave and the only thing that they were doing was talking and yapping the whole time.
Tasty subs. Frequently backed up. Phone and online orders back in in person orders. Hot subs take an eternity.

I ordered on-line and when I went to the pick-up counter, I wasn't acknowledged by the employees until I spoke up. My order wasn't ready or even started. This has happened two consecutive times for me ordering online. While I patiently waited many walk-in customers came in, ordered and got their food. My order was supposed to be ready at 12:07, got my food at 12:30. Employees looked to be busy, but not crazy busy. It appears they prioritize walk-in orders over online. I will probably continue to be a customer (for now) because I love the sandwiches, but I will walk-in rather than order online.
