They screwed up my order, missing a sandwich, then made excuses for why they charged me bagged it and allowed me to leave without it. After returning to the store to get my missing order one of the employees questioned whether I paid for it before putting it in the bag, suggesting it wasn't there because I didn't pay for it, but I had the receipt and told all of them to get it right and don't insult your customers by asking questions and making excuses, just hand me my sandwich and apologize. Bad decision, I walked a quarter mile x 2 with a bad foot because of their mistake, only to be questioned about payment. I spend more than 100 per week in my local outlet, and they always get it right. Own up and don't ask stupid questions to irritated customers.

We brought a soccer team there to get lunch. We spent over $200 and some girls grabbed cups for water. The girls didn’t know we would be charged. We explained to the employee that all of them just got water and the staff still charged us $26- for just water. They could’ve been understanding and the charge a minimal fee to cover the cup but they didn’t. Just not nice.

Very delicious and and they’re not skimpy on the meat

Sent my 15 year old to get a few sandwhiches. Blt, club supremes n tuna. No manaise no lettuce no tomatoes! My blt plain bread n cold n greasy bacon. Nothing else. They lied n would not fix the sandwich. My first n last time! No receipt . Awful experience n food was lousy!

Ordered 3 sandwiches through app all sandwiches were wrong

I am very disappointed by the employee they are so rude and they don’t take care of coustomer i visited the store and they me to wait more than 20 minutes for my order and to be honest i am very disappointed

The number 12 Mike's Way with banana peppers is the way to go. And yes, I had it with a Pepsi!

I ordered the #64 Portobello mushroom Philly cheese sandwich ( all veggies) which is amazing

Clean store. Friendly service. Served quickly. Sandwich good. They were out of fresh brewed tea (due to broken machinery). Gave me a bottled tea for same price. Well done.

Seemed liked employees were a bit preoccupied. Owner may have been a bit busy checking sales or what, service was not on par. Sandwiches a bit lackluster for a Jersey Mikes, recommend maybe finding the next one closer.

False advertising, the google maps says they open at 9am but at the door it says 10am. They should really update that. That’s not right for customers.
