placed an order of an açaí bowl they messed it up and instead of getting me a new bowl they dumped it in a bigger bowl, tried to fix it and everything turned into mush :(

I go to this particular juice it up location (Orange st Redlands, Ca) 5 days a week and the employee, Miss Naomi is amazing. I look forward to seeing her Monday through Friday every morning. Her personality her CUSTOMER SERVICE is through the roof. She gives me great advice on what smoothie I should drink and she always has a pretty smile on her face. Her team is also awesome as well. I truly recommend this lady receive a raise because not only does she work at this location she works like she owns Location, we both have motivational words every time we see each other like Today isMarvelous MondayTerrific TuesdayWonderful WednesdayThriving Thursday &Fantastic FridayI truly enjoy Miss Naomi. I called at 7:20 pm to a place a order for raw Jucie and they said that they don’t do the raw juices after 7 pm but they close at 8 so where is the point at least they should take orders until 7:40 pm not going there anymore

This place is awful the lady didn’t want to take my order of two drinks because she was working on a order, and was too busy, really? No customer service skills most ppl would take the order and continue with the pick up order! I can Tell she was annoyed and didn’t want to be there, literally did not take my order and told me to leave! Awful I hope her manager sees this! Today is 8/11 332pm or maybe the owner doesn’t care and has her Overworked! Horrible customer service furthermore the person picking up order wasn’t there! They refused to give service my son had to witness it. What they lacked was customer service ethic such as Run the order n save the sale n continue with the pick up order, after all is juice not steak! What happened to multitasking n customer service? Just sad! Lastly there were only two ppl there
