The night of July 15, I ordered a juice on the juice it up app. The order was completed. I was charged money.
I arrive at the store and a girl with black hair told me she cannot make my juice because they turned off the juicers. At this time, I was disappointed, but not mad. I simply asked if they'll refund me then. That girl said yes.
Days later, I've called multiple times and spoken to the store. I have my receipt on the app as proof. The charge is there on my credit card.
The manager is doing nothing.
No drink. No refund.

They changed some policy now where they can’t blend the acai with other add-ons. For example, I used to be able to blend peanut butter with the acai. Now they are just making it with a layer of peanut butter and it’s basically a pbj which is not really what I’m goin for.

Did a phone order and the young lady who took my order over the phone was very helpful. Patiently answered all my questions and gave me a recommendation that was spot on with what I was looking for. Ended up ordering the Açaí Berry smoothie and it was delicious. Thank you!

placed an order of an açaí bowl they messed it up and instead of getting me a new bowl they dumped it in a bigger bowl, tried to fix it and everything turned into mush :(

I go to this particular juice it up location (Orange st Redlands, Ca) 5 days a week and the employee, Miss Naomi is amazing. I look forward to seeing her Monday through Friday every morning. Her personality her CUSTOMER SERVICE is through the roof. She gives me great advice on what smoothie I should drink and she always has a pretty smile on her face. Her team is also awesome as well.
