I love a la minute. Their espresso chip is delicious. The only reason I go honestly. It's that good. The cones they make there are also super yummy. My family and I really enjoy this spot. The workers are always nice. It's a grab and go, not really any seating inside. But there's a bench outside. Stop by this place.

This place is meh at best in my personal opinion. I've had it in a few occasions and don't really understand the hype of this place. I've had their cookie and it's one of the grossest cookies I've ever had in my life to be honest. Don't waste your time or money. I've never had a problem with the service, they are usually pretty busy though. So it might just depend on when you visit. Another thing is the flavors are really interesting and don't taste the best. Probably won't be back anytime soon.

I thought it would have been mind blowing ice cream considering the long line for such a small venue I ordered a pint of the lemon custard and they gave me this delicious strawberry glaze The strawberry glaze was the highlight of the ice cream Not worth 12 bucks for a pint

Was in the area and was craving for some ice cream so decided to stop here. It's a small little shop with no seating area but you can go outside to the benches. The workers were very nice and offered us samples. They do have some interesting flavors but we settled for the espresso chip ice cream. I think it's a bit lacking when it comes to flavor. I would've liked if the espresso flavor was stronger.

Pretty good ice cream. I thought their cones were not good though. The mini was enough in my opinion. Would definitely come again.

My niece raved about this little ice cream shop to me today, so decided to join her after dinner. They have a good amount of unique flavors that sounded really good. She chose the espresso chip while I chose the chocolate lavender. Both weren't overly sweet which is always a plus. I thought the lavender would be overpowering but surprisingly it wasn't. The chocolate nibs were amazing as a topping for my choice. Very cozy, and the workers were friendly. Will definitely be back soon to try other flavors.

Whenever we dine in Redlands this is a non negotiable place we have to come to for dessert

What a little gem in this little city of Redlands. We were passing through visiting family who recommended we swing by. So much fun to watch them make the ice cream and waffle cones right there in front of you. They have some interesting flavors like strawberry with balsamic glaze which was amazing. I'd suggest that they add stripes of glaze throughout though because once you eat it off the top, you're left wanting. Vanilla was good, chocolate orange was good but a tad bitter, lemon custard was yum yum but the star was their espresso! So much flavor. Probably the best coffee ice cream I've eaten. The waffle cones were good because they weren't overly sweet. The place is really small and there's no seating but you can go to the side window and watch them make the stuff which was really fun. I highly recommend you stop by if in the area.

Food: alright tis time to finally leave a review here after coming for the 100th time in the last 3 years. What can I say, I just keep coming back again and again despite downtown redlands having 2 other icecream places not too far from here, those pale in comparison. My bf's favorite is chocolate lavender, but my personal favorite is strawberry balsamic. The tart balsamic sauce on top really complements the sweet strawberry flavor icecream underneath and the two in combination are simply magical. If I lived walking distance from this store, I'd already be diabetic from eating this everyday Price: my go to size is regular, which is $6, no complaints here! Ambiance: small space that can only fit like 10 people inside, and it can get crowded since it is the best icecream place in all of IE. Hipster vibes, displays cool artworks on the qall that you can purchase, no seating, only grab and go. I've done plenty of dates where we grab the icecream, then go walk around the downtown area up and down, very cute and romantic Service: nice friendly people who also look cool and hipster, they always seem to be having a good time making delicious icecream Parking: it's downtown redlands, there's street parking, but you can always park inside the public parking structure across from martha green's eating room

À La Minute is a small ice cream shop located in Downtown Redlands. The shop has a vintage style, with lots of art. There's minimal seating and it's hard to find parking. The restroom is the next building over. They have lots of unique flavors and the ice cream is made with liquid nitrogen. It's fun to watch them make it. Service was great; there was a large group but the ice cream came out really fast. Overall, ambiance and service was great. Ice Cream We ordered the salted caramel, the chocolate chip, and the vanilla olive oil. All the ice cream is very thick and creamy and all the flavors have a natural taste. The small size was $6 and is a great portion for price and effort to make. The salted caramel was sweet and the salt gave it a nice balance to its sweetness. The chocolate chip had an earthy chocolate flavor that went well with the cream base. The vanilla olive oil was slightly sweet and savory and a great choice if you don't enjoy super sweet things. Overall, I highly recommend trying them out if you're in the area; my absolute favorite ice cream shop. Overall: 5 The ambiance + service: 5/5 The ice cream: 5/5 The price: $$

Love this place, of all the ice cream I have try, this place is my favorite. Love the avocado honey ice, very smooth and creamy. Also the orange honey as well, so smooth and refreshing. The service is nice and quick. Is my go to spot.
