Pizza look like reheated and the dough was different the other stores

The wait times are always a little longer than they say and the don't always cut the pizza right. But it feeds the family for an affordable price! And for that, I am thankful.

I have tried giving this location a chance and making excuses for the lack of quality and consistency with their food. I order pepperoni with crazy crust and extra pepperoni. Each time, they use an already cooked pepperoni pizza and just add more pepperoni and the crazy crust and bake it a little more. It is ridiculous, they do this to cut corners and out of pure laziness. Today I ordered the same pizza and instead of spreading the extra pepperoni they just threw it in a pile in the middle and it wasnt even cut. That's how i recieved it. This location is full of lazy pissed off employees who don't care about coming to the front to show presence when a costumer comes in. They just stay in the back gossiping and I have to call them out to get me my marinara sauce and they come out with an attitude like if I am inconveniencing them, by asking they do their job. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible experience. Would do 0 stars if it was possible.

Every time I go here they mess my pizzas up with no courtesy. They don't care about your orders and fix pizzas any type of way. My last order had burnt crust, burnt pepperoni and the pizzas had lopsided crust.

Didn't give me my crazy sauce that I paid for with the Crazy Combo® [Crazy Bread® & Crazy Sauce®] and proceeded to tell my dasher that for "extra sauce" it cost more money even though I was never given the first sauce they didnt cut either of my pizzas or make them custom like I asked they just threw the extra toppings I ordered on the pepperoni pizzas that were already made sitting in the pizza warmer and didnt have the decency to warm them up so cold toppings on warm pizza I also sat on the phone for over an hour just for no one to answer

Tried to order online and no matter what I did the site wouldn't accept payment (my cards are good) and when I tried to call I got nothing. Do better.

The staff was almost non-existent at the counter. I waited 15 minutes past the time my app said my food was ready. When we got home, our pizzas were well done, with minimal toppings and hard to chew. At least the crazy bread was good.

GAVE US A OUR ORDER 4SLICES HAD NO CHEESE AT ALL.. DIDNT RETURN TO CORRECT MY ORDER. YUCAIPA LOTTLE CESARS ARE NOT DOING WELL.
