You shouldn’t have to bug employees to deliver your entire order at a dine-in theater. It’s distracting to your movie experience. Disappointed that I gave this place a second chance.

Ticket prices are great but the restrooms stink bad and the food is way overpriced (and that's saying something for a theater). Plus you can hear the other movies audios from your theater. Would probably be back for movies I care less about and save my appetite for a meal elsewhere.

This place has really gone downhill. The chairs, armrests, and trays are peeling and look old and dirty. Two adult tickets and one child ticket cost $47.10, and a tiny popcorn with a small fountain drink was $18. The bathrooms upstairs smells like a sewage pipe has busted and half of the stalls were out of order. The cabinets were taped on and the lights above the sinks didn't work and it was dark. Oh and don’t even get me started on how much of a hassle the parking situation is, don’t be late to your movie because this will cause you to be even more late. Where is all this money going if it's not being used to maintain the theater or keep it appealing? This is a really bad look for Redlands.

This theater markets themselves as offering a luxury experience, but is dilapidated and poorly maintained. I can’t believe they charge $15 dollars for dirty, peeling seats that barely recline. The only saving grace is that the staff was kind. Don’t spend your money here.

Dont trust the short little caucasian male bartender. He will steal money off your card purchases. I was charged a 34% tip without consent and was unaware, so I also tipped 20% in cash. Management is in on the scheme because they wont return calls to correct the theft. Better yet just go to a real theater that isn't trying to steal your money.

This place is a joke. Luxury? Just look at the wore down seats. Parking? They want you to scan some code inside to validate a $30 parking ticket. Prices? This is not imax. Save your money go somewhere else

I usually prefer a very lowkey cinema experience (showing up somewhere, being directed to my theater, sitting and watching a movie, leaving) but I came here on a date tonight and Keira (I got so excited to text a friend by the same name that I found someone with the same spelling in the wild) was so great! The idea of having a server at a theatre weirded me out before coming in but she was sweet and quick and (I assume there are cooking staff to thank for this) the snacks we ordered were SO good!! I’d totally come back and do this again :) I can’t speak to anything related to alcohol, though. My partner and I don’t drink.

the fact that they don't have kettle corn but they have this thing called caramel corn basically it's caramel in popcorn a little bit burn but I believe that's the concept of it being burned and caramel kind of adds that little mesquite flavor to a type thing not too bad theater was clean neighborhoods a little sketchy don't really like that part of town but overall it's a good theater

Amazing Experience at LOOK Dine-In Cinema Redlands!
LOOK Dine-In Cinema in Redlands is hands-down my favorite place to see a movie. The whole experience is next-level — from the comfy reclining seats to the fantastic food and top-notch service, everything about this theater feels classy and modern.
I have to give a special shout-out to Carissa, one of the managers. She’s such a beautiful young lady — professional, kind, and incredibly patient. I accidentally mixed up my movie times (totally my fault!) and showed up for the wrong showing. Instead of making it a hassle, Carissa handled everything with a smile, quickly got me switched to the right screening, and made sure I was taken care of. It’s rare to see that kind of genuine customer care these days, and she turned what could’ve been an embarrassing situation into a great experience.
The food is always fresh and tasty (the flatbreads and truffle fries are a must-try!), and ordering right from your seat is so convenient. The theater itself is spotless, and the sound and picture quality are incredible.
If you want a comfortable, stylish, and friendly place to enjoy a movie night, LOOK Dine-In Cinema Redlands is the spot. Huge thanks again to Carissa and the whole team for making every visit special!

If you like data entry, you’ll love parking at Look Cinemas Redlands! Every time you go, you get to enter all your information, your vehicle license, the special code, how long you plan to stay and other details. And no doing it ahead of time, instead, enjoy doing it in line, with all the awkwardness that entails and stress that you’re going to miss the beginning of the movie. Super fun!
