Theatre used to be good, don't know what happened. The only good thing about this theater is the 6.50 tickets on Tuesday. That's it. They used to even offer Tuesday concessions at lowered prices but don't anymore.Seats suck, you have to force them back in order to recline, but even that puts you in an awkward position.The 20% gratuity after ordering is garbage. Of course I would forget to close my check once the movie starts, I don't mind tipping, if they could get your order quick enough and with some sort of accuracy. Food is overpriced even for theater standards. At these prices, Harkins is a better choice. $17 for a pepperoni pizza?!?The bar is overpriced! Don't even bother drinking there, there are several bars near the theater to drink beforehand and they all offer some sort of special. The lady bartender looked at me like I was crazy asking about any happy hour specials on a weekday afternoon.I'll gladly stick with Cinemark for the same prices on Tuesday and lower concession prices, along with adjustable seats with warmers equipped.

Won't be coming here again. I have been here a few times and there was always something to complain about, but the last time was the worse. Our food took so long to be served, after we did get our food, it was cold. We had the chicken tenders which was mostly fried breading and hardly any chicken. The popcorn was cold and served in dirty bowls. I spoke to one of the servers and told him about the tenders. He went and spoke to the manager and they didn't seem to care and just said " These tenders are hand battered, I don't know what to say" I told him I would be calling corporate and then he went on to tell the manager. He comes back and tells me the manager will be giving me free tickets. Only to find out the tickets are not even valid. I spent about $300 that day. Worse experience ever, never again.

Movie was good. That’s about the only positive thing that can be said. The food was bad. My family echoed that about their own food. As for mine, the pretzel bites came cold and the beer cheese came separated, chunky, and lukewarm. We called the waitress back to tell her the problem. She ordered a remake for us. The second plate came out and it was the same exact situation. Wait time for food is insane as well. 1 hour to get chicken tenders, wings, and pretzel bites?? Not to mention in the women’s restroom one of the toilets was clogged and about half filled with toilet paper. Would NOT recommend this place.

This place sucks. I found 4 packs of salt in my popcorn, when I asked for extra salt that’s how they serve it up. You any even serve your self butter on popcorn. I will never go back

Went for son's 32 birthday. Nice selection of both food and drinks. We got my son a drink at the bar, and had a nice set of snacks during the movie. I loved the coconut shrimp. Coke products for soda, and plenty of local options for alcoholic beverages.at Lots of space at the theater seats, and the service was excellent. Great little gem in Redlands!

Nice and comfortable movie theater with nice seats. You're able to bring blankets. Food is good recently had the smash burger with loaded fries wife had southwest quesadilla with nachos little one had a pizza all really good food. Drinks are good too. All around. Nice experience
Our young adult children and a few friends ventured out to watch a movie very last minute. The other local theatre that they usually attend didn't have a showing at their convenience. Reluctantly, they headed to Look Cinemas. However, upon returning, all six kiddos were singing the praises of the facility, staff, and management who made them feel welcomed! They enjoyed being treated to popcorn in a container "like at home." They might be young but they know great service and a team who welcomes all! Bravo to Look Cinemas! We will be returning often.
