This place in unpredictable. It's been opened and closed so many times in the last 3 years I've lost track!Ordered from here a handful of times. They have limitations on how many ingredients you can put in your bowl. Ingredients are nothing special, same quality as of the rest of the poke joints in town.I have no plans to return.

I'm glad this place is closed... I hope it remains closed. The "poke" bowls they serve are a waste of money. Poor quality and poor taste. Not to mention the blatant disrespect for the Hawaiian Culture and to Kim Taylor Reece's art work!

We ordered from this restaurant about a month ago and were delighted. Today's order was awful! Miso - hot water with chopped onions and cubed tofu, no flavor Kani - wilted brown lettuce Crispy shrimp (for kids) - raw

Been coming here for the last few years for poke, before it was even lemon shark. However haven't been to this latest business venture yet. The New place is Somewhere between poke/habachi with a Korean bbq twist. Don't quite understand it, but it's not completed yet. Anyhow, I ordered a poke bowl and the hangar steak bowl/plate. Poke bowl came out ok, very nice looking bowl, however, they changed up the optional ingredients, yet again. No water chestnuts this time. Not a huge deal, just disappointed they have constantly added and subtracted options constantly over the years. My hangar steak bowl was terrible. Steak was burnt. No other way to describe it. Portion size was kinda small also, maybe 3oz. Garlic fried rice was decent, as was the sweet and tangy mayo based Mac salad. Coleslaw was waaaaaaaaay overdressed and was sitting in a puddle of tangy sugar syrup/dressing. Overall, terrible value for what I received. Most likely gonna find a new poke spot in Redlands. Bummer.

Went here for the first time in a while and the system was down. After waiting for about 20 minutes, the workers gave us our food for free! The food was really good! I only wish they gave more avocado for the premium topping.

Food is good, but you have to wait over 20 minutes to get it.

I'm a doordash driver. I came in here during lunch time for a pickup. The restaurant is completely empty and there wasn't a soul there! I waited for almost 5 minutes with another customer calling out "HELLOOOO" and some guy came out finally. Realized he has several online orders and started making them. Yikes

I have ordered from Makai by Lemonshark Poke no less than 12 times in the past year. I am sad to say that almost each time, there is something wrong with my order. I guess I’m just a glutton for punishment because I keep going back. The flavor and freshness of the poke is great! But the prep and care taken to prepare orders is honestly worthy of 2 stars at most. I have received coconut shrimp that was burned to a crisp, spicy tuna crispy rice cakes that were so hard, we couldn’t even bite through them, poke bowls missing the requested sauces, and poke bowls with things added in that we did not order. It’s just really disappointing because the food is good when it is done right.

I was starving while working in the Redlands area and wanted to get a quick lunch before moving onto the next job. This place is right off of the main street in downtown Redlands. Plenty of parking right on the street. They're currently doing rennovations inside but you can still either order online or order at the counter, but cant eat inside. This place does their poke ordering differently. Instead of picking and choosing what you wanted based on a what you can see. Here, you check boxes on a peice of paper and the people will put your order together. So if you're not paying attention, you really dont know how much protein or toppings their putting in until you leave and open up your bowl. The reason I dont like this kind of set up is because the food took so much longer to prepare. Took a good 15 minutes to put together. And its like..... you do know there's nothing to cook at all... all you have to do is scoop stuff, mix stuff and put it into the bowl, not complicated at all. Secondly the amount of protein they had in this bowl was minimal considering the $14 price tag you charge. When you still have half the rice and no more fish, thats a problem. Other people got their orders even though I put in my order first. It was just bad all around. From customer service, to how long it took, to the amount of protein you get. In the future I will not be coming back to this establishment.

The food is fine. The service is good, it's just I'm not huge on the flavors they have a poke. I sometimes wish there was a little more variety, especially for the price.

No indoor dining at the moment, kind and quick service. The fruit toppings for the poke bowls is very fresh. Super refreshing on a hot day

I made an order through Postmates and was missing multiple items that I paid for and were on my reciept. On top of that, there was hair in the food that did show up. I never leave reviews on Yelp, but this was a very unpleasant experience.

Worst customer service! The cashier was very rude, she took long making our food and we were the only customers.Food is ok but will not be back.

I used to come to this place when it was just LemonShark. I decided to give it another try when they reopened and I'm so glad I did! The poke bowls here are amazing! So much flavor and the fish is super fresh! Loved it so much came twice last week! I always do the build your own poke and they are generous with portions! My favorite tho is the spicy tuna crispy rice! Soooooo delish! I love that they have Serrano chili's instead of jalapeños. I love spice so that was a game changer! Overall, highly recommend this place to all poke lovers!

Super fresh, generous portions, great service. Possibly the best poke bowl I've ever had. Highly recommend.
