Food is tasty, but ordering from the kiosk is horribly cofusing, and the counter staff was very rude and unattentive. She refused to take my order at the register. The food is also way overpriced! You lost a customer today, McDonald's.

I did wait for over 30 minutes in the curbside. They don't serve and are super slow. They don't know to say sorry, either.
Homeless everywhere- BUT THE WORST PART IS THE PEOPLE WORKING HERE -I asked for plain with lettuce only- the wrapper said it but if course it didn’t have it- when I asked to ad it they tried to hand me a box of lettuce- how am I supposed to drive and eat that? You want me to come in and cook it for you? I will add that the elderly lady who handed me everything was extremely kind and probably their best employee..

When you have posted business hours that mean you close at those hours,We put a mobile order in at 10:29 pm and pull put ti the coned off drive thru around 10:50 pm and they said there's closed and they said they never received the mobile order!! This is the first time this location is closed before the posted business hours. Lady on the phone which they answered because they were open was rude and said she was a manager and didn't even apologize for the lost mobile order with my conformation number so she just wanted out of there and that all she cared about,not very professional for a "MANAGER".. This was 11/20/2024 before closing time if anyone even read this!!
