I can’t believe I’m leaving a review for a McDonald’s. I ordered through the app ahead of time. It took 40 minutes and counting at midnight (after work) to get my food. I would have just “ate” the cost but there was no way out of line. They need to open up curbside or something. This is insane. I have nothing better to do as I’m still waiting.

This McDonald's is ok. Some employees are friendly and helpful while some aren't. Food is ok. ( Nothing special), but you should definitely check your food before leaving. I ordered extra cheese on my big Mac and got zero slices. Thank goodness we we're dining in, and they gave me the missing slices. I'd probably pass on this location.

They didn’t want to make my food so they pretended like app didn’t work. Then you call the customer service number for the franchisee and it’s just a machine that doesn’t answer, doesn’t have vm, and hangs up on you.
Ordered the deluxe breakfast. They gave only 1 packet of grape jelly(yuck) no salt and pepper, no ketchup, no napkins, my hash browns were frozen in the middle, and the orange juice was watery. This location is not it.

Honestly I live Like a block away FEI the mc Donald's on lugonia .
But I would much rather drive just bit further to the one on REDLANDS BLVD. THE QUALITY , SERVICE , FOOD IS SOO MUCH BETTER !!! SO THANKS FOR BEING AWESOME AND WORKING HARD ! 💪
