Went for a drive with family Christmas night. This store was open. Able to get vanilla cone ice-cream. The employee was very courteous and greeted us. Better experience this time around.

If you want to be ignored at the counter come to this McDonalds. Everytime I have been to this restaurant since they remodeled with walls to block the back, all the employees hide in the back and never come out to help. I had to holler to the back to try to get some help and nothing, finally the manager saw us and said we will be with you shortly, that’s when me and 2 other customers said we have been already waiting for almost 10 minutes. She was rude, saying she is new. A few other people stepped in and said the same things that this restaurant never has customer service at the counter, and waiting for simple things like a refill or ketchup takes forever!! The trash cans were completely over full, the rest of the dinning room was clean.m, they really need to focus on more the drive through!!

Worst customer service ever.11/10/25 around 9:30 pm Was in drive thru and was left waiting while they kept taking orders from one side . I waited patiently , 3 cars go by when I called them to remind them I was still waiting and if the 2nd lane was closed . But they said no and that they’d take my order right away .. they came right away but to wrong lane . I pulled forward and asked if I can place my order thru the window and they said no that they had been taking orders from both lanes .. as if I cut in line or something and wouldn’t let me order . Talked to me as if I was in the wrong . Definitely not going back .. night shift needs retraining on how to handle customers . Worst night ever .. cried out of pure frustration .! Almost 30 min waiting only to get refused .. SMH

I visited the drive-thru during the night shift, and it took 40 minutes to get my order. The wait was extremely long, and the process felt disorganized. The heavy-set manager on duty was very rude and unprofessional, which made the experience even worse. Additionally, the mocha machine was not working, which seems to be a recurring issue.
While some staff were polite, overall the service was slow and frustrating. I hope management addresses these issues to improve efficiency and professionalism during night shifts.

Wow just wow. Who owns this McDonald’s? Are you okay? Why have you let your McDonald’s go down this way Everything is so dirty and disgusting There’s trash everywhere….. Service is bad everything is just bad. So sad to see such a “happy place” this way…
