Lake Arrowhead McDonald's is the worst one I've ever been in, and I live here. Go to the Crestline one, you are better off!

I like using the kiosk to order, and they prepare the food fast

Been coming here for a while now, never had a problem until today. My kids opened their chicken nuggets to find two of them were bitten into. I called to let the manager know, I explained that I didn't want money back, discounts, or anything, just let her know that two of our chicken nuggets had been bitten. She immediately said that her employees didn't bite anyone's chicken nuggets. I'm not sure why I would make this up especially when I'm clarifying I don't want anything in return. She just acted like it was impossible and I was wrong. I was already not going back due to the bites but that manager was so dismissive and offensive that I'm leaving this review and letting others know.

Didn’t put in my bbq sauce. The order taker and the cashier were nice but the guy who gave me our meal, was rude. Like I was bothering him. Only to get home and find he didn’t give me the sauces ugh

I did a mobile order. It kept saying it was ready but there was no food on the counter. The workers were very busy so I asked a worker that was doing carry out orders for outside and he said my order receipt was still waiting. Other than that the food was hot and fresh.

If you clowns are so concerned about the smell of the "homeless" , then, use the Drive Thru & eat wherever you care to. As for any McDonalds these days, franchise ownership has defeated the very concept which used to be part of MCDs.
** Walk into any McDonalds these days & you can't know what to expect from cheapskate franchise owners & the manner in which they run their restaurants. Better yet..... find another fast food chain.
(If this McDonalds is an exception to the lousy service offered by part-time employees, so be it. Just realize that good service is nearly impossible to find in most McDonalds today. So is "fair pricing" of menu items.
And, btw, why doesn't McDonalds offer a Senior discount ? [ other than an expensive senior ☕, that is ])
One other thing: MCDs corporation, headquartered in Chicago, has created this franchise ownership to be as prevalent as it is for one primary reason....
*** It removes corporate responsibility for any lawsuits which may be filed by McDonalds customers.
That is, IF the customer doesn't have a smart attorney who knows how to get the corporation named/ involved as a defendant. I've had a complaint case vs McDonalds which is going on 18 months old & the corporation still refuses to step in to resolve it.
They keep telling me that that the local McDonalds where the incident occurred is my only choice to get the matter resolved.
* Imagine that. MCDs executives in Chicago expect that (or, lead me to believe) the GUILTY parties themselves are going to cooperate in settling my complaint case ($$$$ involved).
Take my advice. If you have any scruples at all - - DON'T PAYRONIZE McDonalds.
imo..... one cannot separate the two.
1) local franchise McDonalds
2) McDonalds Corporation headquartered in Chicago
They both bear responsibility when employees commit a serious offense arbitrarily without prior warning.
