They’ve improved greatly, I love using the app also. I’ve gotten the best service at this one on Wabash and Lugonia. Friendly and accommodating with my drive-through app orders. Very pleased. I also enjoy the one on Redlands Boulevard & Citrus.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have too agree with most of the other negative reviews…definitely one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to. My orders usually always have something missing or just wrong all together.

food is about 80% not good then 20% good and they are never open at their latest, they close at like 9:30-10:00 when they say they are open till 11:00. Their atmosphere is always glum and sad. Your getting paid $20ph to work at mcdonalds, higher than the average, least you could do is your job.

This McDonald's doesn't do table service. Even though they say they do. I'm handicapped and they refuse to drop off my food at my table

I live near by and gone to it for years when I’m really in a pinch and it’s always been this poorly run. By far one of the worst McDonals in the I.E., wait times are ridiculous, the food is always cold or stale, it’s a struggle to get service since they hide in the back, they remodeled the drive thru for two lines yet still use one speaker at a time and somehow take even longer, they close store early at random times and get orders wrong constantly. I genuinely believe this location would benefit from a whole staff change, from top to bottom.

At this location,it's often that the order is assembled wrong! Perhaps they should implement a better training standard for all employees,starting with the managers!! McDonald's employees get paid $20 per hour.....$20 DOLLARS PER HOUR TO GET SOMETHING WRONG EVERYTIME!
