It's McDonald's, it is what it is. It's irritating when they charge you extra to remove cheese and add lettuce, then fail to do so, but I guess we just have to overlook that or go somewhere with standards. Especially sice you can eat at Old Spaghetti Factory for the same price...

Ordered big mac no cheese and of course it had cheese.fries were stone cold and this was at 4pm . Soda was watered down tasted like brown sugar water not Dr pepper. 2nd big Mac had so much sauce that after 2 bites it was falling apart.and the one I returned went out to another customer

They’ve improved greatly, I love using the app also. I’ve gotten the best service at this one on Wabash and Lugonia. Friendly and accommodating with my drive-through app orders. Very pleased. I also enjoy the one on Redlands Boulevard & Citrus.
