Got a chocolate ganache and buttercream cake here for my brother’s girlfriend’s birthday. The cake was absolutely fantastic! The frosting was decadent and the bread was moist. I think Michelle’s does a really good job consistently, as there are two times in the past year I’ve picked up cakes for holiday and family occasions—each time the cake has been perfectly crafted and super tasty. The family always raves about how yummy it is!

I would not recommend getting your wedding cake from here. My family and I ordered a cake along with some cupcakes for my wedding from here and while ultimately they tasted great, the overall service was not.
Firstly, they mixed up our appointment and gave it to someone else so when we showed up, nothing was prepared for us and they gave what was supposed to be our samples to some other couple sitting in the shop already. Mix ups happen, I get it. The lady was kind and prepared us taste testing samples as quick as she could, so I applaud them for that.
After taste tasting and putting in our order, we went with the option of having it delivered to the venue. The lady we spoke to in person at our appointment said that with delivery, they would also set up the cake and cupcakes where the dessert table is. Any decorations like florals would have to be done by us, which was fine and we understood that. HOWEVER, they did not follow through on this. Whoever the delivery person was literally just showed up, dropped the cake and cupcakes in a random spot in its box and left. No communication, no asking where they should put the cake (even with the very obvious cake and dessert table set up waiting for them) Nope. Just left. As a result, my mom and aunt had to unpack the cake and cupcakes and set everything up themselves.
As the bride, I did not find out about this until much later after the wedding when my mom eventually told me. I’m sad that my mom and aunt had to do this and spend time away from the wedding when my family paid A LOT of extra money for a service that was promised but did not get.
I really wanted to support this business and have something good to say, especially after such an important day such as my wedding. But for the expensive prices I don’t think it’s worth it. I expect more professionalism and organization.

I had my wedding cake made here many years ago. I recently bought a cake for my anniversary. It was dry and did not taste like it usually has. I called to let the bakery know. A woman let me know it was baked fresh that day. Nothing was done to fix the issue. The cakes are not the same from years ago. For the amount of money it needs to be made right. Not returning.....

Strawberry Victorian cake was great birthday choice. Flavorwise it was great, could be a bit improved but no one complained at party and everyone was happy so that’s good. Excellent Custumer service and staff was nice and friendly.
Cake was fresh and fruit was perfect. Custard in cake had good vanilla notes.
May try raspberry one next time in town for another occasion. Thank you!
Weather was 107*F in car and so cake melted a bit on trip but it was worth it.

Do not place a cake order here. We had our wedding cake ordered and paid in full even bought special ribbon for the cake. Day of the wedding no cake was delivered. We called and no one answered, the venue called the owner who had no recollection of our cake. The next day we had someone go to the bakery, it turns out they misfiled our paperwork in the wrong month. They did give us a full refund and a certificate for an anniversary cake they even gave us our ribbon back, but why would I ever redeem the certificate. They have failed in such an epic way. I wouldn't trust this business for anything. Also what am I to do with custom made $80 ribbon.

? ? We had no cake for my sons wedding. Their worker filled the thousand dollar order in the wrong month!!! How can you do that? My son waited for delivery that never came at the venue. We had to go to the local market and buy birthday cakes. They refunded the money, but that does us no good now.? ? Beware!!!

To all our friends who are customers of Michele’s Bakery. We pick up our cake and cut it open ant our daughter’s party to find out it was made completely wrong. We went to Michelle’s the first day they were open after the event and we were treated rudely, unprofessionally. And Michelle insinuated it was our fault. She told us she would not refund the order as compensation then attempted to say we should have brought the cake back even though they were closed that evening and the next day. I would not recommend this business and how widely and iun-professional we were treated by the owner.
