I’ve had an incredible experience with Michelle’s Bakery in Redlands. My Marine Corps League has purchased a variety of delicious cakes for our Marine Corps Ball for the past three years. They have provided custom cakes for our cake-cutting ceremony and enough cake to provide for a large number of guests. We have also requested cookies in a variety of flavors that were absolutely amazing! The quality of their products exceeded my expectations. They offer a large variety of homemade cakes which are made using real eggs, butter, and fresh fruit. My favorites include their Signature Raspberry Victorian, Chocolate Raspberry Victorian, German Chocolate, and Strawberry Victorian.
Michelle, Bonnie, and their entire team were friendly, professional, attentive, easy to work with, and dependable. They have provided excellent customer service, the highest-quality ingredients, and are very reasonably priced. I highly recommend you trust Michelle’s Bakery for their expertise, dedication, and commitment to excellence for your next celebration or special occasion!

I’ve heard of this incredible bakery, so since I was responsible for bringing dessert for a family get together, I decided to try Michelle’s Bakery. The place was inconspicuous, but what a great experience. Great service, and plenty to choose from. By the awards displayed, they are well known and recognized within the community and much of SoCal. The cakes they suggested were excellent and everyone that enjoyed a piece raved about it. Definitely recommend Michelle’s for any occasion!

Got a chocolate ganache and buttercream cake here for my brother’s girlfriend’s birthday. The cake was absolutely fantastic! The frosting was decadent and the bread was moist. I think Michelle’s does a really good job consistently, as there are two times in the past year I’ve picked up cakes for holiday and family occasions—each time the cake has been perfectly crafted and super tasty. The family always raves about how yummy it is!

I would not recommend getting your wedding cake from here. My family and I ordered a cake along with some cupcakes for my wedding from here and while ultimately they tasted great, the overall service was not.
Firstly, they mixed up our appointment and gave it to someone else so when we showed up, nothing was prepared for us and they gave what was supposed to be our samples to some other couple sitting in the shop already. Mix ups happen, I get it. The lady was kind and prepared us taste testing samples as quick as she could, so I applaud them for that.
After taste tasting and putting in our order, we went with the option of having it delivered to the venue. The lady we spoke to in person at our appointment said that with delivery, they would also set up the cake and cupcakes where the dessert table is. Any decorations like florals would have to be done by us, which was fine and we understood that. HOWEVER, they did not follow through on this. Whoever the delivery person was literally just showed up, dropped the cake and cupcakes in a random spot in its box and left. No communication, no asking where they should put the cake (even with the very obvious cake and dessert table set up waiting for them) Nope. Just left. As a result, my mom and aunt had to unpack the cake and cupcakes and set everything up themselves.
As the bride, I did not find out about this until much later after the wedding when my mom eventually told me. I’m sad that my mom and aunt had to do this and spend time away from the wedding when my family paid A LOT of extra money for a service that was promised but did not get.
I really wanted to support this business and have something good to say, especially after such an important day such as my wedding. But for the expensive prices I don’t think it’s worth it. I expect more professionalism and organization.

I had my wedding cake made here many years ago. I recently bought a cake for my anniversary. It was dry and did not taste like it usually has. I called to let the bakery know. A woman let me know it was baked fresh that day. Nothing was done to fix the issue. The cakes are not the same from years ago. For the amount of money it needs to be made right. Not returning.....

Strawberry Victorian cake was great birthday choice. Flavorwise it was great, could be a bit improved but no one complained at party and everyone was happy so that’s good. Excellent Custumer service and staff was nice and friendly.
