Do not place a cake order here. We had our wedding cake ordered and paid in full even bought special ribbon for the cake. Day of the wedding no cake was delivered. We called and no one answered, the venue called the owner who had no recollection of our cake. The next day we had someone go to the bakery, it turns out they misfiled our paperwork in the wrong month. They did give us a full refund and a certificate for an anniversary cake they even gave us our ribbon back, but why would I ever redeem the certificate. They have failed in such an epic way. I wouldn't trust this business for anything. Also what am I to do with custom made $80 ribbon.

? ? We had no cake for my sons wedding. Their worker filled the thousand dollar order in the wrong month!!! How can you do that? My son waited for delivery that never came at the venue. We had to go to the local market and buy birthday cakes. They refunded the money, but that does us no good now.? ? Beware!!!

Ordered the famous raspberry cake extremely short notice and they delivered!! Cake was as delicious as the reviews said. The price was extremely reasonable considering how good the cake was. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you for a great experience!

To all our friends who are customers of Michele’s Bakery. We pick up our cake and cut it open ant our daughter’s party to find out it was made completely wrong. We went to Michelle’s the first day they were open after the event and we were treated rudely, unprofessionally. And Michelle insinuated it was our fault. She told us she would not refund the order as compensation then attempted to say we should have brought the cake back even though they were closed that evening and the next day. I would not recommend this business and how widely and iun-professional we were treated by the owner.

The cakes here are the best I've ever had. I was surprised to see only 3.5 stars. My family always uses Michelle's for our get togethers. Every single cake has been the best imaginable. Never disappointed in Michelle's.

The lemon cake was for my aunts wedding and it was frustrating that our order wasn't taken seriously however they did manage to make us a fresh cake that was delicious. Customer service could've been better but that's expected in Redlands

My daughter ordered a vanilla strawberry cake for a friends birthday for today. Sadly it didn’t taste fresh. The cake had a refrigerator taste(yuck). Have had cake from here in the past that were very good. Hope they do better in the future. These cakes are very pricey and my daughter is young and won’t make a complaint. Decided I would speak up for her. ☹️☹️☹️

The victorian raspberry and victorian strawberry cake was amazing and a lot of our wedding guests who don't usually like cake told us that they really enjoyed our wedding cake! We had a 3-tier wedding cake with 125 guests and we had the first tier (to freeze for our anniversary) and about half of the cake leftover to take home and enjoy. We highly recommend Michelle's bakery!
The raspberries inside the cake were bad. Had fungus on them. I called and they were nice and told me to come and they would give me a gift certificate bc they don't do refunds. It kinda put a damper on the party bc they're was no cake to eat. Very professional but will not return.

Bought a "Red Velvet" cake for my sister's birthday, although it was very delicious, it wasn't your traditional red velvet cake. It was more like a red chocolate cake. For those that are very familiar with the actual real "Red Velvet" cake, will know exactly what I mean. Don't get me wrong, the price was reasonable, the flavor was delicious and the sweetness was just right. But this was not a red velvet cake. I'll just make the drive to Mama Helens in San Bernardino next time for a real traditional "Red Velvet" cake.

The signature cake chocolate raspberry Victorian with the chocolate ganache frosting is to die for! I’ve also had it in white and it did not disappoint. It’s also my son’s favorite cake. I got my best friend Iris the German Chocolate and she loved it! Trust them when they tell you the 9 inch serves 30. It’s rich and you’ll want to slice thin…. The ganache is it baby… so good!
