The slowest service I have ever experienced. Mod pizza Redlands service is extremely slow every time I go. I always regret going in because it takes forever to take the order. Every time I go I think nah maybe this time it’ll be better, but no.. it never is

What happened to this place?!
The pulse is gone. Like molasses in the winter time, this place moves really slow.

The line wasn't long, but it wasn't moving. After waiting for 20 minutes in line, I downloaded the app and placed my order.

The dining room was dirty and the floor was so sticky under the table, we opted to eat outside in the cold.

We truly look forward to our near-weekly family outing to MOD Pizza. The tag line that they’re a “people place” and not just a pizza place is SO TRUE! The staff is so friendly and kind. Combine that with highly customizable pizzas with a variety of delicious fresh toppings and you have the recipe for a good time! The manager of the Citrus Plaza location always puts a smile on our faces. She and her staff make this our favorite place for a weekend lunch.

Dietary restrictions: They can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, seed-oil-free and keto diets!

Kid-friendliness: Children can customize their own food and the staff is really interactive with them.

Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is very accommodating for wheelchairs and walkers.

Been coming here since opening. Service is starting to become brutally slow. Which use to be a quick spot to grab pizza it’s now have changed.

Good spot for lunch. The workers here make the perfect pizzas.. no matter how many toppings the crust doesn't get all soggy like other places because they cook it perfect in the oven. Perfectly foldable with a crunch straight fire!!

Unfortunately their takeout/pickup order system is too unreliable. Haven't ordered there in almost a year because of so many orders not being ready or being missed entirely when it came time for pickup, and just tried again today.

Again, the order was "just in the oven now" 15 minutes after the set pickup time, which turned out not to be true due to a mistake.

The order had not been started. The staff is kind, apologies all around and coupons after checking in 10 minutes later, but ultimately did not receive the takeout order until 30+ minutes after arriving to pick it up- it would be faster to just wait in line.

Best to avoid if placing takeout.

Mod is great place to grab a pizza. I was really surprised by how good the Cesar salad was. The staff was very professional, courteous, and inviting. The pizza was very tasty and fresh out the oven.

Very high service time, people waiting more than 1 hour, lack of agility, need to put more people to work !!!!!! I'm not going back to this place anymore

This place use to be awesome, your pizza ready in 5 minutes, all the toppings you wanted no additional charge, friendly staff. You could get different types of cheese and arrange them however you wanted,and it was delicious.
The last couple times we've been there is all gone downhill, the pizza is not that good, the garlic is not roasted trough so you get the raw garlic taste, and the staff is too busy talking to each other from one side of the kitchen to the other, so loud that you can barely place your order. And if you ask for anything specific like the ricotta cheese before the tomato sauce, they look at you as if you were getting the pizza for free.
Over all, I wish this place would go back to the way they use to do bussines with a friendly attitude.

- I was craving pizza - There are no vegan pizza shops in Redlands - Google Maps said this place had vegan cheese and vegan sausage - I decided to give it a go - A lady named Kels served me and she was very friendly and accommodating ? - They have vegan cheese and vegan italian sausage crumbles - It’s like a Chipotle but pizza instead - I had mine with roasted garlic, black olives, chickpeas, red sauce, vegan cheese, vegan italian sausage - The pizza gets roasted in a wood fire oven - It came out alright! Now the annoying part: the plaza was full of annoying high-schoolers, but that’s no fault of the pizza joint… Just throwing that out there ? Updated from previous review on 2024-08-29

As a customer, they question you like crazy to use the restroom. Not a friendly place at all.
