i asked the guy making my garlic bread if he has garlic butter i assume hes new so he asked this girl named TAYLOR behind him and she was rude all the way around he was on his own swamped talk about team need to work on that customer service

Mod pizza is my FAVORITE place to get pizza and cheese bread! They staff is super friendly and welcoming. The pizzas are always delicious and makes me want more after. I recommend all my friends and family who are looking for pizza to try Mod.

The food was good, but three people in front of me, takes 30 mins to order than 20 mins for food. Next family eating out, will not be here. Sad to see this once beautiful business being run so poorly.

Horrible customer service this guy was soooo ruddeee we came in all happy ready to eat and he is reflecting his misery onto his customer service and lashing out on all the customers his remarks and attitude was extremely rude. I just wanted to report this because all of his coworkers and manager were there and not correcting him.

Everything was great, up until me and my boyfriend were walking to our table, the guy putting the pizzas in the oven yelled across the restaurant asked if we had paid?! And we were confused while we had cups and clearly a receipt in our hand and we said excuse me? He said “DID YOU GUYS PAY?!” I didn’t even want to eat my pizza anymore, maybe communicate with your co workers before accusing someone of not paying.

We visited on a Wednesday evening around 8:50 PM and were thoroughly impressed. Despite the late hour, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, getting us seated right away. Our food arrived remarkably fast, and everything was delicious. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, and the cheesy bread was a fantastic complement to the meal. We had a wonderful experience and will certainly be returning soon.
