Getting down on a Texas Cajun andouille. Beautiful presentation, spicy and juicy sausage and perfectly balanced toppings. Since there are no other good hot dog or sausage joints in Redlands otherwise (RIP Jojo's, Hunde Haus and Bratworks!), this is highly recommended.

I have rarely ever given this much love to a place. However, this gem is worth every penny! We got the chili cheese fries, and two different sausages. THESE WERE THE BEST FRIES IVE HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!!

Ordered BYO…was informed would receive text msg when order was ready…waited & waited but no text received…after observing orders placed after me were served went to the counter to inquire about my order…was told order was ready...advised no text received for order pickup…was told their text msg system doesn’t always work…advised had to leave…they packed up sausage & made new fries…fries were undercooked (tossed @ home)…sausage (chicken apple) was good…but certainly not worth the $25 for my order (BYO: drink, fries, sausage)…disappointed.

Nailed the spice! Got a spicy sausage with caramelized onions and sliced jalapeños. When I asked how spicy, he said 5/10. Totally accurate + good flavor. Belgian fries were tasty. Tried 5 aiolis and mustards - all were good. Price is a little more than expected.

The smoked sausage grill cheese was a great sandwich, perfect combination of favors, very balanced. Great service and the fair price. The meal it's was less than $20, fries and a drink.. Even had enough to take home.
@redlandspublicmarket is packed full of awesome eats. Today, I hit up @navasausageco for a gourmet cheddar jalepeno sausage.The cashier was extremely helpful in recommending what to get since it was my first time here. Toppings included grilled jalepenos, bacon bits, dill relish, mango habanero bacon jam, and yellow mustard.
This puppy had the most incredible snap when I bit into it! All the flavors came together perfectly, and the bun was on point. Not too heavy, tasty, and didn't fall apart from the load it was carrying.
Im so looking forward to trying the chicken mango habanero sausage next time!
