Outstanding customer service and quality of food. I’ve tried out several acai bowl places, but none of them come close to the quality you guys provide at Nekter. Your workers are always so outstanding and kind, and very attentive to details and quick with their work. I use both order ahead and order inside, and both ways are great. I would like it if you guys had another store that is not in the shopping center (Redlands/San Bernardino CA location), because accessibility is a bit difficult. But it’s worth going out of my way. Thank you!! PS I get the Acai Superfood Bowl with protein additive which I highly recommend. You get all your fruits and veggies in for the day!!!

Went in about 7:30pm when I walked in at first I thought they where about to close as they had the seating area mopped and chairs put up when I went to order employee was nice at first but then after I ordered I wanted to add one more thing she got an attitude threw strawberry container in trash passive aggressively then muttered something else to another employee and rolled her eyes then when she proceeded to take my order she had a whole attitude mind you I was really nice to her even when she gave me attitude . Mia is a rude employee and when I got my protein bowl she gave me chopped up old banana I payed $13 the quality of the bowl was not worth the price . I will never order with Mia again I hope that management talks to her about her rude attitude towards customers.

Water down Bowls. It was 730. They were already mopping up the whole place. I felt uncomfortable like I couldn’t even stand anywhere.

I ordered on the app, walked in to pick up my order all within 5-10 mins! The staff were so kind, happy and helpful. Oh and btw… it was 100 degrees out and the most refreshing smoothie I think I’ve ever had.

Vegetarian options: My favorite is the peanut butter health nut smoothie. Almond butter is also available.

First time and last time here. Walked in, the employees were talking amongst themselves, fine. But then, when we stepped up to order, they continued to speak amongst themselves. It wasn't work related and it was extremely distracting to me. Smoothies were good, but nothing that I would see myself going back for.

They always clean 3 hours before closing and leave all the chairs on top of the tables and spray the benches so they’re too wet to sit at

The girl who helped me out was EXTREMELY SWEET, ACCOMMODATING, AND HELPFUL. She deserves all the praises. Not one bit of sour attitude, no snobbishness or unpleasantness. She was super nice. Of all the locations I have bought Nekter juices from for at least 5 years, this was THE BEST customer service experience I could genuinely say I LOVED and APPRECIATED. I recommend this location, I commend the girl, and will definitely come back because of her!

I still don’t get what is it with this place. They don’t seem to understand cleanliness. That’s why they originally lost their “A”. The girl working there has gloves while cleaning the wall with a cleaning agent and handles the drinks of the customers with those same gloves. Yuck!!!

Got a nice little standard açaí bowl. It was good! lol

It's a rip-off. Got açaí bowls. They sell only açaí blends, açaí only not available, and the blends are like an icy cold liquidy purée. There is actually no taste of açaí, and you cannot make your own bowl. The food is fresh, although they served the hard middle part of the pineapple. People are kind, slow service though.

Walked in at 9 pm the floor was soaking wet , the girl who took my order looked irritated while taking my order she called out a juice name when I asked if it was mine she rudely said no and when I got my drink I thanked her while she just starred at me. Her name is Mia and she is at the Redlands location.
