Pilar has the best customer service and the best smoothies I ever had I promise. Also they have great energy there and I'm pretty sure they will not let you down I go there every day

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it was important to share my experience. I visited Nektar a few times already and unfortunately, the staff member MIA who helped me was extremely unfriendly , came off as irritated and clearly unhappy to be there.
It was uncomfortable and disappointing-especially when you expect AT LEAST a basic level of courtesy.
I hope management addresses this, because this kind of behavior really affects the atmosphere and makes customers not want to return.
Talk about unprofessional and employees who are blind. I went into the take out like. I was standing there and no one was attending me. Mind you there are 2 employees working. So I decide to go to the regular line. They ask what I want. I tell them pick up for Eddie. They tell the pick up line is over there. I tell them I was just there waiting. This is the only nectar I have been to where they don't give me my order in the regular. What did you expect for me to do. Wait in the pick up line forever. The worst service I have gotten in all the Nektars I have been too. I will stick to the Nektars in Orange County, who have great service.
It’s like picking up from family. They know my name. They know my order. These are my people.
Products have same consistency time and time again. Only thing is putting the Protein Poppers available to purchase with online orders. No time to purchase in store, as there’s always a line.
I’ve been to this location since it has opened up. I love that the juices don’t have any extra additives that would ruin their natural taste or their health benefit. I like to go in the morning when there isn’t a rush of people.

The store opened at 7am and the cashier wasn't ready to take orders. He was really slow and was having phone conversation (wearing ear buds) while attending to customers. I didn't get my order until 7:27am. My order was not filled to the top. One walk in customer walked out without purchasing anything. There were 3 walk ins and 2 pre-orders customers.
This is hands down the most poorly managed juice bar I’ve ever visited. The first thing I noticed was how dirty the place was—tables had dried smoothie spills, used napkins, and general mess everywhere. While waiting in line, service suddenly came to a halt. An employee announced that all of the blenders had stopped working. When I asked what happened, I was told they had overheated and that this happens often because the equipment is outdated. We were informed it could take anywhere from 5 to 35 minutes for them to work again.
About 10 minutes later, one blender started working. When I finally went to order a bowl, I was told they were out of peanut butter, a key ingredient in the item I wanted. I asked to substitute almond butter, but the employee said she couldn’t. When I pressed for a reason, she claimed it would cost extra. So let me get this straight: they’re out of a listed ingredient, but I’m expected to pay more for a substitute they do have—after waiting 20 minutes for their broken equipment to cool down? Absurd.
Next, I asked about adding the protein waffle they have plastered all over their advertisements—only to be told they’ve never actually had it in stock. I then waited another 10 minutes for my bowl, despite being the first order in line. While waiting, I saw water flooding the dining area from a mopping job gone wrong. It looked like someone dumped a bucket of water on the floor. Even customers behind me were laughing at how sloppy it was.
I asked to use the bathroom and was told it was out of order too. When I finally got my bowl, I asked for a napkin. The staff pointed to a clearly empty dispenser, then made me wait two more minutes while they found more. As for the bowl? A disappointing 2 out of 10.
Absolutely nothing about this experience was acceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this place under any circumstance.
Outstanding customer service and quality of food. I’ve tried out several acai bowl places, but none of them come close to the quality you guys provide at Nekter. Your workers are always so outstanding and kind, and very attentive to details and quick with their work. I use both order ahead and order inside, and both ways are great. I would like it if you guys had another store that is not in the shopping center (Redlands/San Bernardino CA location), because accessibility is a bit difficult. But it’s worth going out of my way. Thank you!! PS I get the Acai Superfood Bowl with protein additive which I highly recommend. You get all your fruits and veggies in for the day!!!
