The food was good, I asked for Cabbage to be cooked well done but they didn't but I will go again and make sure I tell them "Well done Please"
I had to get a bottle of Magic Sauce too, I ran out! I put that on Ramen and stir fry etc.“

“Went to the state for the first time to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. I had a pretty good time, my burger and salad were good, nothing that blew me away to be honest. I did appreciate the surprise ice cream for the occasion, though! Very kind by the restaurant. But one thing I was sort of surprised by was the service. It felt like the hosts were a lot more welcoming and friendly than our server. Our hosts smiled, sparked conversation, and made sure we were settled. But our server felt like she was doing the bare minimum, taking our order, checking in, giving us our check, and not much more. There was little to no friendliness or conversation. I've seen more hospitality at restaurants that don't even have servers and hosts. Not tryna leave a 1 star review, but definitely was expecting more from the service and food overall.“

“We decided to visit Alice's as our lunch rest stop for a 7-hr long Thanksgiving drive, and it was a great choice. The food was yummy, the price decent, and the portion was generous. Also, the service was friendly and warm, coupled with a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, an excellent choice and highly recommended.“

“This place is absolutely delicious! My wife I recently moved to Yucaipa and the Haus Bistro is about 3 minutes down the street from us. We had a spontaneous date night and walked in around 6pm on Saturday and the place wasnt busy at all. The beers they have here are totally unique and great tasting too. They also have a sugar spice rim that goes great with the Golden Monkey Ale and the Chai Cider Ale. We started with with Mac Balls and Portobello Fries, which could be a meal in itself, and I had the Cattlemen burger which was so juicy and flavorful and the wife had the smoothered chicken special with cheesy polenta. Everything was perfect and packed full of flavor. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Very chill vibe and great music. Highly recommend the Haus Bistro for a nice and chill date night or family dinner.“

“I’ve been coming to the restaurant constantly recently after finding out about the restaurant about a month ago, and have always had the best service, and food! An employee I’d like to mention is Anthony! He actually remembers me anytime I come in and already knows what I want! (Although I do switch it up every so often haha), but not only that, on my recent visit I came in with my uniform on as part of the air force for the first time and ordered my usual and Anthony had told me if I wanted a free drink (I suppose for people that are veterans or currently on duty from the sign I saw outside) because he knew how hot it was outside! Truly great customer service at this restaurant overall but always a pleasure meeting Anthony at the Register!“

“The Rustic Fork was recommended by a local realtor and being new to the area we were excited to try it out. However we were extremely disappointed with the service and management. We waited at least 45 minutes for a basic hamburger, the waitresses were not attentive and you had to basically waive them down just for them to notice you. Even when I was able to flag a waiter down and asked them could they bring some lemons and hot water, the person said of course and totally forgot to bring the lemons and hot water. When the food finally arrived the fries were cold, however the burger was amazing. I brought off this to the attention of the manager, Kelsey, although she looked like she was lost in space, she apologized and said due to filming that was taking place on the premises they were running behind. I said so the customer has to suffer because your filming? She just looked puzzled gave us a slight minuscule discount which clearly showed a lack of appreciation for our time.“

“If I could I will give the customer service rating a 0 star rating. The food is great, but It was a very frustrating experience dealing with the lady serving as cashier today. She was very super unprofessional and lacked direct customer engagement by being on her phone texting, kissing her boyfriend, and not prioritizing the customer’s interaction with the order(s)I had to repeat myself all of times and felt genuinely unconsidered as if I wasn’t there.

(Edit) as of 7/30/25, this lady I mentioned no longer works here and the owner finally took responsibility and fired her or she willingly left. I'm giving them 5 stars for her disappearance. She doesn't represent the spirit and quality of The original Pizza House.“
