I’ve eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants, and I can honestly say Pho Viet is the best. The soup broth is incredibly flavorful, and every slice of rare steak, tendon, and brisket is fresh and tender.
The grilled meat and egg rolls are also top notch! Today, the owner also introduced a new coffee drink with a sweet and salty flavor. I don’t know what it’s called, he just brought it out for me to try and said it will be added to the menu soon. It was amazing!
On top of that, the space is clean and very open, without the heavy food smell you often find in other restaurants. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This place is definitely 10/10!! I brought my little brother here because he wanted to try pho. (We have never ate viet food before). As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and quickly seated. Our served Daisy was so amazing!! I had expressed to her that we were a little lost and she helped us out so much and explained the difference between the meats. She made us feel super comfortable and was very attentive. We tried spring and egg rolls alongside with pho and every plate was delicious!! I’m super happy with this place especially with how much my little brother loved this place. Thank you!!

My boyfriend (now fiance) took us here for our first date 10 years ago for their fried rice. Back then it was called Noodle 21. It is the same place same food same decor, same george clooney poster that we loved, etc. The only thing that has changed is the name.
We visited again for our 10th anniversary to recreate our first date. The fried rice was exactly like we remembered! Cant wait to return on our 20th anniversary

To summarize. Ordered food to go. Got home forgot rice noodles in the rice noodle plate, called, told me to come back tomorrow to get rice noodles, asked them I got to wait till tomorrow to eat? Restaurant hangs up. Son goes down there to pick up noodles. Asked manager or owner for a bit more cause the portion he saw seemed a little conservative borderline rationed from his remarks. Whoever the owner or manager is, was too prideful to give anymore without charging. Son comes back with noodles so we can eat.
I'm not expecting much for good service anymore since covid but cause I paid for a meal and not get the food. Accidents happen(sucks but happens) It's the telling me to come back tomorrow, then the hang up and not answering the phone call right after. That's POS service.

Long story short customer service sucks! We ordered take out , my daughter picked it up, there was some miscommunication and they charged her for 3 orders. I did not know until.the next day , I called then. I was told to come in the next day after 3 which is a sat. FIRST PROBLEM WHY DIDNT THIS PERSON ASK FOR ANY INFO REGARDING THE PROBLEM? When I came in on sat and spoke with MAI, her initial response ," I know nothing about this i.need info"As I tried to give her said info she responded " The banks are closed we can't help you. GASLIGHTING!!! I was finally able to give her the info because duh our phones are computers and I could show her that they had already took the money , it was not pending. My concern , my daughter could not afford $100.00 overcharge. She was not willing to.look at anything and access the.problem, no.apologies, more stalling. She got the info and called me the next day and instantly refunded the money on a Sunday morning. Proving if she had takin a small amount of time it could have been resolved quickly. So.much disrespect. Disconnect, they need policies in.place for this situation. I felt discounted and gaslight Figure yo shit out be kind, be respectful, be polite it goes along way.

i’ve been coming in to Noodle 21 for almost 10 years and it’s always amazing food and good service. The owner is especially one of the best parts. He is always so welcoming and always comes to greet my boyfriend and I. From the pho to spring rolls and to the salads, you are going to love it! I recommend the vermicelli salad with chicken! it is amazing! and not to mention how fast the food comes out. Come and check it out, you’ll be coming back!
Honestly, I've been coming here for years. The service is always phenomenal, they remember my entire family's order (even the back ups). This will always be my go to pho and beef stew spot. I've been all over So Cal and yes, there is good pho all around. But no place has ever been as consistent with their broth, their kindness and all around courteous and welcoming nature. I. Love. This. Place.

First timer here... tried their house beed pho. Found the beef broth had good flavor. The beef serving was decent and delicious. I enjoyed my plate. Be nice if the menu had pictures illustrations to help new comers chose. Overall recommend you try.
