Fresh food and great service! This solace has a variety of viet dishes. Their phỏ broth is really nice and the meats taste well seasoned. The bánh hơi (fine vermicelli) is my go to dish there. They also have great fruit drinks as well as iced coffee. It’s a nice lunch spot!

We love us some Pho, so we decided to try Pho Viet in Redlands. Service was ok. Inside is clean and well maintained. The food was ok, nothing special, as we've had way better Pho. The broth was missing the beef and spices we're used to in traditional pho. Meats were tasty, and so were the noodles. Bahn mi's were good and decent sized. We had beef and a pork one. Son said that mango matcha tea drink was good. Overall, it was just ok. I'm glad we tried them out, but we most likely wouldn't return as we've had better Pho and way cheaper than here too!

We came here for a family lunch and decided to try several things.
Our favorites were mixed egg noodles and egg rolls.
I’ve eaten at many Vietnamese restaurants, and I can honestly say Pho Viet is the best. The soup broth is incredibly flavorful, and every slice of rare steak, tendon, and brisket is fresh and tender.
The grilled meat and egg rolls are also top notch! Today, the owner also introduced a new coffee drink with a sweet and salty flavor. I don’t know what it’s called, he just brought it out for me to try and said it will be added to the menu soon. It was amazing!
On top of that, the space is clean and very open, without the heavy food smell you often find in other restaurants. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This place is definitely 10/10!! I brought my little brother here because he wanted to try pho. (We have never ate viet food before). As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and quickly seated. Our served Daisy was so amazing!! I had expressed to her that we were a little lost and she helped us out so much and explained the difference between the meats. She made us feel super comfortable and was very attentive. We tried spring and egg rolls alongside with pho and every plate was delicious!! I’m super happy with this place especially with how much my little brother loved this place. Thank you!!

My boyfriend (now fiance) took us here for our first date 10 years ago for their fried rice. Back then it was called Noodle 21. It is the same place same food same decor, same george clooney poster that we loved, etc. The only thing that has changed is the name.
We visited again for our 10th anniversary to recreate our first date. The fried rice was exactly like we remembered! Cant wait to return on our 20th anniversary
