Fresh food and great service! This solace has a variety of viet dishes. Their phỏ broth is really nice and the meats taste well seasoned. The bánh hơi (fine vermicelli) is my go to dish there. They also have great fruit drinks as well as iced coffee. It’s a nice lunch spot!
We love us some Pho, so we decided to try Pho Viet in Redlands.
Service was ok.
Inside is clean and well maintained.
The food was ok, nothing special, as we've had way better Pho.
The broth was missing the beef and spices we're used to in traditional pho.
Meats were tasty, and so were the noodles.
Bahn mi's were good and decent sized.
We had beef and a pork one.
Son said that mango matcha tea...
