Very good food, the ambient is very chill. The staff is kind and fast. Our son and I, we had the special Pho and two spring rolls. This was our first time here, will definitely consider it for a future visit. Something noteworthy, the menu was a mini-book. Too many items offered, in my opinion.

Great service, the food is consistent, though not my favorite place for pho. The chili oil could use a rework, and some ingredient choices/cook times. The chashu style pork needs work as well, then your bao would be perfect!

I've ordered from Ocean Pho multiple times, and I can confidently say their pho is the best I've had across San Bernardino, Redlands, Moreno Valley, and Riverside. The broth is perfectly balanced, rivaling the flavors of top-notch places in Orange County.
