This Ono is busy and eventhough it is the employees here do a great job in keeping everything moving at a good pace. They take phone orders and serve the people coming in without skipping a beat. The restaurant is clean and the sauce area gets busy but nothing They can't handle. The food came out hot with minimal wait, it can get loud inside but they also have tables outside with background Hawaiian music. I really enjoyed my visit! The staff made the difference! Thank you!!

Came with my little one to redeem a library coupon provided by county library and wasn’t even provided with the food, stated we had to buy something when it clearly says no purchase necessary on coupon. Although we did also purchase two additional meals also coupon wasn’t redeemed. Clearly there needs to be some organization that isn’t in place. Won’t be returning to unorganized place. Wait times are excessive to top it off.

This location was awesome! I was second person in line when they opened. Got my Chicken Katsu with all Mac and an order of crab/ cheese rangoonsin less than 5 minutes. The employees were kind and fast working. The rangoons were actually the best I have had in a very long time, from anywhere.

I enjoy the food, it’s delicious. The thing that bothers me is the service, they don’t really show any smiles, instead they stare at you like they wanna die. I don’t blame em, it’s a job nobody likes working. But if you want good reviews then a smile shouldn’t take so much to have on. Just saying.

WOW!! This is delicious Hawaiian food. You must get the gauva nectar can! I ordered the plate with chicken and beef to split with my husband. Plenty of food to share for $15. Macaroni salad could use a little more mayo since it was on the dryer side. The crab Rangoon doesn't come with sweet + sour sauce and a little bit of a letdown. But overall 5 stars! It's become a staple and a weekly meal. Highly recommend.
