I come here often and the food is good but the service is horrible. I work in the same plaza and decided to come here for lunch and the girls at the register were being rude and even started laughing at me as I left. I will no longer be coming back to this location. You won’t be getting money out of me anymore.

My wife loves teriyaki chicken, white rice and macaroni salad from here. It's always good and today I just had the 6 piece shrimp that's batter fried and it was very good.
Food was decent, service was subpar. I ordered around 5:56 pm and received my food about 25 minutes later due to them not checking to make sure the receipt printed on their end. The employee helping me(tall and skinny with dark hair, kinda stonerish) made it seem like a joke and seemed entirely unconcerned. About 14 orders past mine were completed before I got mine. Food was still decent at least but at least make an effort to care next time.

I’m very disappointed of this location considering is the only one in town but the quality of the food is the worst the lemon pepper chicken breast is always brunt & dry, the short ribs are nothing but bone & fat and the portion size is never equal in comparison to other Ono’s. Store Manager looks like he’s high all the time and when I addressed these concerns he made me feel uncomfortable. Never coming back to this location again oh and never order coconuts from here they’ll serve you expired ones
