This spot is chilled.. the customer service is good and the food is worth the wait at times (due to it being busy). The area is nice too.

I'm visiting my mom for the weekend and had a craving for Ono, she had never tried it so I had suggested it. This isn't my normal go-to location and I have to say it was busier than I'm used to. Service wise, the staff was very patient with us, (My mom couldn't decide on what to get). The cashier was very friendly (I'm not sure what her name was, it was unique) and even gave some recommendations on what my mom could like (it was a pork dish). Wait time was 20 minutes, but it was well worth it!

Horrible service. The girl arella that rang me up, has no idea what she's doing. She messed up my order. Told me I had to pay extra for things AFTER I ordered it. I waited forever for food (they were busy so I get it), but when I checked on my food, I asked her ETA, and she shrugged. So I asked her to check in the back, she said "they're waiting on an item." I said "what does that mean? Which item? And HOW LONG?" After asking 3 follow up questions I finally was told "soon." Never coming back. Should have checked the review before coming in.

I ordered through Uber tonight. Food was eight out of 10 delivery time was pretty fast. The service could've been better. I placed my order and called ahead to ask for or utensils I was assured by the associate that answered that they always put utensils in their orders my house is getting fixed so I'm at a place that doesn't have any utensils. Hence, the premade phone call my food arrived, and I had no straw for my soda no utensils and no napkins. I ordered the half-and-half, chicken combo with barbecue chicken and katsu chicken and order of spam musubi and a large drink when I called back the associate I spoke to was a gentleman was very professional, so I appreciate that. I just don't appreciate not getting utensils when I called ahead of time and was assured that I was going to get utensils. I'm eating my greasy chicken with my hands and no napkins, my rice and my macaroni salad with my fingers and no napkins. My teriyaki sauce was also in a block. It wasn't runny.
Cool spot. The food was great, plus the people were diverse. A senior bought a homeless guy some food. Showed me that humanity still exists. Small spot, try the Hawaiian chicken beef combo!

I order online about once a week and the food is always fresh and ready on time. The staff is always very nice to me, as well. The only issue I have is sometimes the line for the sauces can move slow but it's luck of the draw on who is in front of you. I usually go in between 11 am and 11:30 am and it typically isn't busy yet.Parking: It is located in a small shopping center. Usually I can park right by the restaurant, but if not, there is a huge, sorta connected parking lot for JoAnn Fabrics you can use instead. If anything, the hardest thing about parking is making sure you don't get side swiped by someone running a stop sign.
