I typically love coming here, but my experience the other day was horrible. I ordered a snow days (ice cream) + a chicken sandwich and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food. Multiple people that came in after me received their food before I did, so I finally went up to talk to an employee about my order. I learned that they completely skipped over my order and didn't even START making my chicken sandwich yet. With my ice cream, it was sitting out in the "pick up" section for who knows how long without my name being called. The employee just handed me the melted cup of ice cream without offering to remake it or anything. When I finally received my chicken sandwich, it was sloppily put together. So many incompetent employees.

Service is always basic to lackluster. Staff are not overly warm or friendly at the walk up counter. Food is OK to poor. The food is sometimes cold or bland. Fun to have many vegan options, however.

The food was amazing. The service was extremely poor. The girls at the front were not helpful at all. I almost walked out. Asked to speak to the manager was told she was on vacation.Glad I stayed because the food was great.

Amazing, fast food! Lots of tables, indoor and outdoor seating. Great for large groups. We easily had a big table for 12. We got quinoa, salad, burgers, shakes. The cookie dough shake was the best: large chunks of cookie dough throughout the entire thing.

I'm frequently in the area, driving around looking for a place to eat that isn't your ordinary fast food chain. I was pleasantly surprised to stumble on Plant Power, and I wasn't even looking for lunch. It is fast food, and I believe it's a chain, but it's far from ordinary.The staff was very friendly when I walked in the door, which I always take as a good sign. There is a great selection on the menu, and my food was outstanding. I haven't looked at their nutrition guide, so I can't say how healthy they are, but it's nice to know there's a meatless option that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.

Lucky find. Everything is vegetarian & plant based, but still get "fast food" fix. A little pricey but what can you do? $48 for 3 people. One burger on menu is like In n Out, another like a Big Mac, another like Carl's Bacon Western etc. Plus they had vegetarian chicken tenders / chicken sandwiches & stuff like that, again all vegetarian. Also saw breakfast items on menu. Plus, all organic soft drinks including lemonade, blueberry, root beer, cola, lemon/lime & several different tea options. There were even dessert items which seemed comparable to DQ style. Staff friendly and helpful. No "bad vibes" like you sometimes get at different places. Atmosphere quiet & pleasant. Location felt safe & comfortable. Same parking lot as Sprouts & Pet Smart. Wife & daughter had fun. Definitely going back.
