Definitely a must try. I want to come back and try the chilaquiles. I thought the flavors are good and not stingy with serving sizes. We paid $27 for a 1- two taco plate combo with rice and beans and a protein bowl amd a large drink. I like that the chips and salsa are self served and chips are in a warm. Also, bathroom is very clean.

I’ve been coming to Primos Tacos for a long time, but my last visit was really disappointing. Angelica helped me with my order, and she was extremely rude—not only to me, but to another customer at the same time. I confirmed multiple times that I wanted cheese, and it was still forgotten. With the way she treated me, it honestly felt like she might have purposely not put my order in correctly. I used to love coming here, but after this experience I don’t plan on returning.

Tried this place for the first time today and it was absolutely delicious! I got the Cali Jr. Burrito off the monster menu and my god they were not kidding about it being massive, my burrito was at least the size of the tray. All the salsa was fantastic, I especially like the Habenero with the burrito, and you get free chips! Absolutely will be coming back, great food, great service, this place deserves more love!

Food, service, atmosphere, all above expectations. The food is fresh, their sauces are full of tomato chucks and so flavorful, best sauce I’ve had. Service is awesome, the girl who helped me today was so polite and welcoming, she also reminded me of the daily special today when I ordered something else, only 8 for 4 tacos. Am I living in 2025? The environment and deco are better than a fast food place, more like a restaurant. Awesome!

Primos is super yummy! They have a great decor as you walk in, transporting you to a little town in Mexico. The music was great and not too loud. They had several TVs on the wall if you are into sports.
They greeted me as I came in. Answered all my questions regarding their menu options. I settled on a steak breakfast burrito. It was huge! It came out on a tray that had enough room for all the salsa containers I need. lol
A lot of places have a salsa bar, but this place has fresh chips you can get yourself while waiting for your food. They had four different salsas which were all delicious.
I'm leaving extremely full and happy!

I am a regular at Primos. I loved coming here up until Jackie V. Was hired. Her demeanor ruins the entire visit. Multiple times I’ve come in, and she has a resting..face. A permanent scowl, would be a good way to describe it. The atmosphere used to be so friendly and inviting. This new manager, or whatever her title is, has ruined the experience. Several times. I don’t think I will be retuning. A genuine, friendly, customer service experience would be appreciated. She’s only been here about a month or a little over that. If she does not like her job, I suggest working somewhere where she doesn’t need to deal with customers. As we are under the impression that she is unhappy. Food is amazing!

It’s Taco Tuesday, so of course I had to check this place out — and let me tell you, the tacos are delicious! Only $3 each, and they don’t skimp on the extras. Each order comes with free chips and salsa, plus guac already on the tacos. Where else in Redlands are you getting all that for $3 a taco?
The place is clean, the atmosphere is great, and the customer service is great — they greet you as soon as you walk in. It’s definitely a vibe. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, you’re missing out. 🌮

Great, fast service! The food was also piping hot and fresh. I got a brand anc geese burrito with chicken for 10 dollars which is a great price considering it was huge! The lunch deal 2 for 10 was also great. You also get free chips and salsa with your our purchase which was really nice. Will definitely return! Thank you!

From the good things I had heard about primos I was very disappointed. The beef was dry, the tortilla was thick and rough, and it was an amalgamation of fillings that I felt did not compliment each other. After eating my food I felt as if rocks were sitting in my stomach. For the high price tags on the food I would recommend dining elsewhere.
