I went in late at night and had an item missing from my meal, I called the next morning because by time I got home and noticed they were closed. I spoke to a very nice manager who went above and beyond to fix the mistake. I have to say the food is good and the professional manner in which the mistake was handled was very appreciated. Thank you again to the manager and staff for the great customer service!

Second time same women have to repeat myself 6times because they could not hear cool thats not a problem at all i understand its loud inside of the building. But the lady not women at the drive-threw window a very disgusting person horrible attitude and sour personality. Pull up ask if my order was the kids meals I told her no it was the got cut off and tells me that what I said ok cool getting a little frustrated at this point then I ask may I have some yellow peppers she then has a shitty response with here and said may I also get ketchup took me a sec just cause the kids are little slow to respond and she then has a really bad attitude while just looking at me like what do you want now face so I asked her are you ok she then tells me no cause your holding up my line and your taking to long and you asked me to many things at the order speaker lol so yeah I told her you dont have to be mad she then slams the window on my face walks away. Ok cool im actually pretty irritated cause my kid has to see all that crap. I called the store asked if they had a manger I can speak to the lady says no so I asked if they were franchise or they had a corporate number she said no I replied no worries but then asked what the ladys name that was at the window she then gave me two names mona or maria I said the lady that slammed the window on my face while I was talking and she said yes and agreed her co workers did that. But didn't really wanna give me a name. I understand people are tired and or hate there job I get it I really do. I just got done working a 15hr shift and I don't treat people like that when im upset because its not there fault. But yeah this person was horrible and definitely dont need to work with any customers mabey work the grill if your just always a shitty person. 2 times this has happend like I wasn't holding up the line there was one car behind me and I took about a few minutes to order but guess not fast enough. I really think she shouldn't be working there at all cause if he bad personality and attitude.

Rush me to order then when I pulled up to the window, I asked her for creamer and she said it’s so fast. I couldn’t understand her. I said I’m sorry what she said French vanilla or regular creamer I said a regular creamer. She didn’t ask if I want sugar she just assumed I want sugar happily she did put the sugar in the package, but then she gave me the wrong order. She got the orders mixed up with the car in front of me she gave them my order. I got their order. The lady did not seem like she wanted to be there the way she was talking and acting and taking orders.

I'm not happy with this establishment's service because of the mere fact that they often forget items that you pay for in the Drive-Thru. They have no problem charging you or over-charging you, for a small fry paying $4 the quality control is not their specialty. If I'm going to pay $30 for three people to eat I'd rather go to P&G burgers. At least they have the common sense to put the right order in the damn bag. I will never eat here again.

Ive eaten here twice, the first time was good. The second time was bad. Food was greasy, and felt like a brick in my stomach afterwards. Idk its hit or miss.
Our friend recommended us to come here and wow the food was delicious. The staff is great. I'll definitely recommend my family and friends to come here and eat.

Absolutely delicious burgers. We went to the Redlands location. I got the R burger. Soooo tasty and filled with avocado, lettuce, tomatoes. Fries were hot and crispy, salty. This place is way better than in n out.
